One of the worst experiences. I had a overconfident barber who decided what would look good on me. When I looked worried, he kept throwing that he's been cutting hair for 25 years. There is a fine line with being confident and over confident. extremely dissatisfied and will not recommend to anyone else.

They are never open on time. On five separate occasions, I've tried to get a haircut when they opened, but no one was there and the doors were locked. Sometimes I would have to wait 10 minutes, others it would be 40 minutes. I would go that early mostly because the shop would be packed through out the day, which is expected. Walk-ins are welcome, but only one barber really takes walk-ins. The cuts are ok, but not worth wait.

No one answered the phone all day, while trying to make an appointment for m sons. Waited 4 hrs while 3 barbers cut 5 heads. One barber took a female customer that he liked son to the store with him, bought him cookies and candy then sat and shred it with him. Just to impress his mom. After that was done he took a ten min break. While the store was already closed and 7 customers were still waiting.

Was great waiting 2hrs and being told I'm next several times after the first hour just to see more people walk in after me and leave before me even though I've come here over several years. Not the first time I've had to walk out and I wasn't the only one today.

I have been goin to cut creators for about 2 years now. I only started goin here following the best barber in Delaware hands down “JAI” . He has been cutting my hair for about 9 years now maybe more. I move hair from Newark NJ and he has been treating me good since being here. I recommend everyone to him they always go back.

While I’ve been cut by several of the barbers in the shop (all very talented) my recommendation goes to Jai. As for as Jai The Barber; I would say his craftsmanship and passion for his customer service is like no other. He doesn’t only make you feel as though your spending my hard earned money in the right place, but he makes you feel as though your not just spending your money. He exhibits a high care and value towards anyone who ever comes across his chair. Even if you don’t sit in his exactly he acknowledges you and makes you comfortable. All around the board he is a great barber who is more than just a barber; he cares , takes his time and distinguishes amazing work and effort. Those qualities you can not buy.

Moved to Delaware from Philly looked for a barber and came across Jai. He can cut. He landed in Cut Creators in New Castle the most comfortable place to get a cut, but he has been my barber for over 15yrs.
