STAY FAR AWAY!!! asked for a TRIM of less than an inch, just enough to take off spilt ends, and she immediately lobbed off more than 4 inches. Then it was so uneven she had to take off two more. So upset and cried for days. This is why this place has such a bad rap!!

Called ahead, was told there would be no wait. I arrived and waited, older guy put me in a seat and started asking me which attachment was which. I left before he could touch my hair, waste of 45 minutes and $20 in cab fare.

The boys here do an amazing job blending grays. They let me bake under a dryer for a while and the color lasts much longer! The stylists here are also a lot of fun to talk to. Hard to believe I am saying this, nut I would actually rate my Supercuts experience here higher than many upscale salons I've visited!

I hate getting my haircut. Rosa was very pleasant and listened to what I wanted. She made some suggestions but didn't press anything on me. This location is nice and clean. The other staff seemed very nice. Parking can be a little tricky at lunch hour with so many food places sharing the same lot. I definely recommend and will be going back.

Only one stylist on duty at noon on Monday. I don't think I've ever seen just one stylist available anywhere at any time. Sat down with my son to get his haircut, waiting our turn since the stylist was busy with someone. A mother and daughter came in after us. Assumed they would go after us. I was incorrect. The stylist informed us that they were there earlier so they would be served first. Where I come from if you leave your place in line you lose your place in line. We went to sports clips instead. They have a sign in sheet so it's at least more obvious who will be next in line.

Great experience with Taimane. I have thick Hawaiian hair that was long and one length. She gave me long layers and thinned it out. It looks great and feels so light. She styled it also. All for the great, affordable SuperCuts price. Make an appointment in advance.

The lady I got was new and would not listen to the fellow staff. She did not cut my hair for donation like I had asked her to. When she did cut my hair she had an attitude about it. She was rough on my scalp. Cut my hair while wet as if it wouldn't curl up after it dried and my hair was too short. Only dried it half way. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend going here.

I'm never going to another hair dresser again. She just made me feel like I was one of her friends. She also colors my hair and gives me great advice on new products. I now buy all my hair products at Supercuts. The best thing about going to Stacy- I don’t have to say a thing - she knows exactly what I want and all I do is sit back and relax - I also get great conversation and lots of laughs. I have been to this supercuts before and had great service. This visit was far from that. The minute we arrived we received attitude. We were there to get family cuts so it was a group of five. We had the kids go first. Stacy the "stylist" took my grandson and my daughter was standing there trying to explain what she wanted as he has very curly hair. Stacy basically ignored what my daughter wanted and did what she wanted. When we questioned her she said we should let her do what she wants and we might like it! Really, how rude and terrible customer service! When she said that I told her that if we don't like it we cannot glue the hair back on and she should listen to the mother. She did not, buzzed his hair, got mad and left it unfinished and uneven. Said she would not cut any of our hair, like we would let her lol. Terrible service and attitude! Beware of Stacy at all cost!!! I will be calling corporate for sure!!!!!

Most expensive haircut I've ever had in my life. $21, plus one dollar for tax. (Tax on haircuts!? Really!?) I can't justify spending that much on a monthly reoccurring cost like this. There are places you can do for $15 or even five dollars. The haircut itself I would describe as "adequate". It honestly looks like a five dollar haircut for quadruple the price.

Stacy really needs a good lesson in customer service. She was very unwelcoming when my family came in. As if we interupted her doing nothing. She proceeded to argue about every little thing with my wife and mother. We expected to get 5 hair cuts. We got 1 and 1/2. Stacy herself argued with my wife about my sons hair cut and destroy my poor 6 year olds head with little reguard for our directions. She carlessly shaves most of his hair down to a 4 when we like to keep more of his hair atop longer to style his curles. She mowed all those down without a second breath. Then as my wife tried to correct her told my wife, " why dont we try it this way". As if she had any right to say such a thing. By far one of, if not the worst, salon experiance we have ever had. We will not be returning especially with employees like this. Just terrible.

Ian and Stacy were so friendly, very helpful, and very kind. I was a walk-in and they were super accommodating too! (Although that may have been luck...) Ian helped my flat, lifeless hair look great with some layers and dry product. He listened to my needs, and made me feel at ease. The products he suggested have been great (if you have flat hair like me, give Hair Shake a try it will change your life). I came in for a basic trim and came out feeling better than ever. Five stars, would recommend and will go again!

Arrived without appointment. Advised someone called would be ahead of me. No problem. In the interim another customer arrives. I am told...not asked..that he would be put ahead of me. Because one stylist had to go to lunch..they couldn't figure out how to still take me first. Not rocket science. More importantly the dark haired gentleman was rude and short and cut me off. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Didn't care at all that I was bothered or upset. So. No. Would not go back.

I’ve been using this Supercuts for almost a year now. I was in the military for over a decade and hadn’t experienced longer hair during that time for obvious reasons. Amy helped me this last time - after my hair reached a long enough length - and was INCREDIBLY helpful and patient. She gave me great ideas for my hair thickness, natural curls, and genuinely made me feel great about not only my experience, but the final result and style having given her a blank canvas. Amy is one hell of a representative who espouses the essence of customer service and interpersonal interaction. HIGHLY recommended! That being said, I haven’t had a bad experience with any of their staff, and Dexter is one hell of an associate as well!

I literally just sat here as a walk in for an hour and half before I decided to try to book an appointment online. First available was another 45 min wait but I made the appointment anyways. I went next door and got some food and came back with 20 min left to my appointment time. That time came and left. My 5:15 appointment never got addressed it’s now 5:45 and I my kids were getting restless so I had to leave. What beats me is how come the poor people the more staff got off work? Y’all need help in your scheduling department. And if the bigger women with the pink hair that works there could stop talking to much and start cutting it wouldn’t take her so long to cut one kids hair. No stars cause I hate wasting my time!

I specified I only wanted a trim and the stylist cut off over several inches of the length. One side of my hair was also longer than the other and I had to go to a salon to fix it. It was the worst haircut I have ever gotten and I cried over how much of my length is gone after growing it out for so long. This place ruined my hair.

I have to take responsibility for the fact that I made the first cut myself (bangs). That being said, after I sat in the chair, I was for the first time in my life in pain during a hair cut. Having very thick long hair, I am used to the brushing and the pulling, but this was on another level. I came back the following day to have the fixed bangs, fixed again by a different stylist.

It saddened me when I just read an unfavorable review about this Supercuts and in particular about Stacy. She has been cutting my hair for several years and have never had a bad experience with her. Every visit I notice the exceptional customer service displayed, not only by Stacy, but by the entire team at this location. I have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and therefore have become very critical of service standards that I both receive and observe. This team delivers not only great haircuts but haircuts in a friendly and comfortable setting. The staff and the customers are usually all carrying on conversations with each other. It almost has the feel of the old time barber shops where everyone was enjoying the conversations while getting their cuts. I truly enjoy getting my haircut at this shop and literally drive 25 miles just to have Stacy do it. She is a professional! She is sweet! She is funny! Only problem with her is she has so many regulars that sometimes you have to wait a while. With all of her repeat customers and popularity you have to question the negative review that was written.

Only doing one star because I'm unable to do zero stars. They only enjoyable experience had in this salon was when Jason did our hair. The last time we went we had to deal with Stacy, her attitude and incompetence. Will never return to this location and have advised every person I know interested in supercuts to go to a different location and never to deal with Stacy, no matter the location. Have heard from three other supercuts employees, at different locations, about how they are not surprised because she is always a terror and always unprofessional. Sucks because creatures like her drive away business for the actual stylists that do a good job in that location. *EDIT* After writing my initial review, an employee from that location informed me of how because of the bad experience we had at that location, Stacy went crying all over her salon, to all of her employees (Yes, disgustingly, she is the manager) and clients, not only soliciting sympathy, because she was just so down trodden, but also that if they cared about good haircuts or jobs then they need to write positive reviews about her. You can clearly see the slew of "positive" reviews increased from the time my incident took place (a few weeks ago) to now. Further exemplifying the emphasis of unprofessional behavior that she specializes in.

I have been there several times, and each time the hair cut was great, but the people struck me as unfriendly. Yesterday, I went there and had Levi cut my hair, and it was by far the best experience I have ever had anywhere. He was friendly, talkative, helpful, he wanted my hair to look nice. He gave me great tips on styling and recommendations. From now on I will only go to super cuts and he will be the only one I will go too. I cannot recommend him enough!

My experience going to Supercuts has always been amazing. Especially with the hair stylist Stacy. I went from always getting a regular haircut all around number 2. Til 1 day she asked why don't we try something different. I've always gone there and I told I'll trust her. Went today, booked online about 30 minutes before my desired time, got there a few minutes early & was immediately taken care of. Just got a simple blunt cut, but the girl who did it was so fast (I was in & out in 10 minutes) and she did it perfectly. I’ve been to other super cuts for color & had a not so great experience, so I probably wouldn’t go here for color, but definitely an A plus for my experience today!!

The stylist butchered my hair. I have medium length hair as a guy, showed the stylist photos of my last cut and recieved, more or less, a bowl cut. No layering, no style, just a damn mop on my head. Not to mention she had the personality of a wet napkin. Every sentence was cringeworthy, but to focus on the actual performance, if you like your hair, dont go here.

Stood at the register, in sight of both stylists for 15 minutes before I was checked in. One stylist even came over to answer the phone and didn't ask me what I needed. Worst hair cut I've ever gotten. Came here because I thought Kelly still worked here but she doesn't so one of the other girls (didn't catch her name) cut my hair. She apparently does not know how to do face framing and now my hair is super choppy and looks like I've been trying to grow my bangs out (I've never had bangs though!). What a waste of $15. Both her and the manager said they can't do anything to fix it so now I will be paying another $15 somewhere else (next day!) to get this mess fixed.

I've never had a bad haircut or bad service. Every time I've been they remember me even though I only go 2-3x a year. I'm a very quiet person and they are really great with no trying to force small talk on me. My husband loves his cut by Stacy, everytime he dances when he comes home-he's so happy. Stacy was away recently and he went elsewhere, he was so unhappy even after he went back to that place for them to fix it. He said he'll never do that again and will drive out of his way/use up his lunch just to make sure only Stacy cuts his hair. Stacy does a great job and pleases the very hard to please.

We moved to Colorado last year and was trying to find a place to get the whole family of four a haircut. I´ll put it simply. The experience with Stacy, one of the hairstylists, is as perfect as it can be. She is calm, comprehensive, professional and will have a good mood and a nice smile to work with you. You just can´t go wrong with her. And the whole salon is as professional as you could expect. Amazing experience!

It's the only place that open at 8 AM just conveniently close to my house. I asked for bang and layer my hair. I received poorly service from unfriendly person and haircut just average. What you expect from $19 haircut. Like nobody force me to go there, so it's myself to blame.
