I was extremely disappointed with my hair cut since the person cutting my hair was in a serious rush and did not really focus on what I was asking. I asked for a trim, and she cut all my hair off. I also said that I wanted a fade, and yet she did not do that.

I am bald but have grown out a beard and highly recommend Biff for a beard trim. Hair cuts from fellas with hair looked solid as I was waiting. Prices are very affordable and atmosphere is awesome.

Came in about 12:45pm and was told I couldn't be seen until 2pm. I said that'd be fine and went to do some reading at the library while I waited. Came back at 1:55pm and she started cutting someone else's hair (presumably the person booked before me)...waited 30 minutes and watched as someone *else* came in after me but was still taken in ahead of me. I just needed a quick, 10 minute haircut -- wasn't worth all that wasted time. When the time came to put more money in the meter I decided to just leave. I won't be back.

Been going exclusively here to get my haircut for 5ish years. The haircut kept me coming back, the rapport i built with my barber (and the haircuts) keeps me coming back. An indecisive person like me prefers to give a bit of creative space to the barber and I have yet to be disappointed. Straight razor + hot towel on the back of the neck sounds trivial, but it's the small things in life that we forget about sometimes. "Have you been going to a random "stylist" at some chain store your whole life because "it's what you've always done"? Break out! Spend a few dollars extra one time and see if it's worth it." Spoiler Alert: IT IS!

They do a great job but keep increasing the prices. Make sure you call and as as the price on their website is out of date. I was told $25 on the phone for a normal cut.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!! If I could give Shears 6 stars I would! I have been getting my hair cut here for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Has an old-school Barbershop feeling to it and it's never overly busy. I love the fact that it's appointment only, so I can get in and out without having to wait very long.

Nice and friendly staff but if you have several colics (cowlicks) as I do, you will probably need to find a different place. I was directed towards Kianna after informing them of my colic situation and while I was optimistic at first, after rinsing and combing my hair later that day, the optimism left the room. The search continues for someone that knows how to cut hair with many colics in it...

Shears is the best. The staff is super nice and really good at what they do. The place is clean and quiet and there is usually parking (metered) right out front. My only gripe is that they are cash only.

I was visiting C Springs and was a walk in. Kiana gave me a relaxing and downright wonderful hot towel head/neck shave and beard trim. This being my standard grooming regimen for years, I have experienced a large number of barbers/shaves, and Kiana is right there among the best.

I’ve been living in the springs for about a year now; and as a member of the military, I need to have a good haircut every couple of weeks. The downside of all of that is finding the your “go to” when you move duty stations. After a year of searching, I have found my “go to”! Shears is fantastic! It has a very personable feel to it, and the barbers are absolute pros! Kiana is an amazing barber who will cut it exactly the way you want it! To my Army brethren, stay away from 15 dollar chop shops on B Street and on post, spend a little more for quality and get to Shears!!!

I have had Elizabeth cut my hair for the last 6 to 7 years and now I have added beard trims to that list. I leave after every visit looking fantastic without breaking the bank. The entire staff is friendly and the shop is very clean. I will continue visiting Shears for years to come.
