Everyone is friendly, nice wood and leather kind of place and if they ask if you would like a drink say yes. Won't go anywhere else.

Thought this place world provide some consistency since I hey keep a profile with directions on how you like your hair cut. Wrong. Directions are hard, apparently. This last time they shaved off almost everything. Completely wrong. Also turnover here seems very high.

This place is hot garbage. Every time I've called to set something up they are rude. I also walked in today and there wasn't a single person in the salon at all. They said that they couldn't cut my hair and I would have to wait hours. I don't know if the owners like money or not but with workers like this he won't be making any. I will tell everyone I know not to go here. I hope someone sees this. Jesse

Really thought i found the shop i can go to every time. Unfortunately last couple of times it wasn't worth my time or the money. Was told last time i won't get my hair washed because i was "7 minutes late". They weren't even busy or had anybody after me to take care of... Unfortunately i have to find another place to go to...

Walked an empty shop and parking lot to get a haircut for my son and the lady told me they are booked the whole day and that i didnt have my name down. Im like didnt know it was by appointment she said its not but people put their names down!!!

Loyalty does nothing for you here. I have been getting my hair cut for 2-1/2 years at this location. If I remained with my same stylist, I could get a good hair cut. There were a couple occasions when my stylist was booked and ended up with bad cuts from some of the other stylists. I kept coming back because of the one stylist, but that is over. Consistently they are about 15 minutes late. On one occasion, they were 45 minutes late for my appointment and I had to leave without a haircut because I had somewhere I had to be. The last straw happened when my preferred stylist and her inconsistent schedule were booked up for several days. I scheduled four days out for a Sunday. I was late by 8 minutes, but was told when I showed up that I was 20 minutes late because my appointment was scheduled at 20 minutes after the hour, which was a lie. I was offered appointment times at 30 minute intervals when I called and made my appointment. My stylist took another walk-in and I was left without a haircut and the inability to schedule for another five days. 2-1/2 years of loyalty and 30% tip on every appointment ended this way. Such a massive disappointment.

Turnover rate is high. You can't keep a hairstylist because they leave or get let go. No refreshments like other Roosters. Shaves are a joke, and haircuts are equal to Supercuts. Other Roosters have been 3-4 stars. Not this place.

Men DO NOT go into this place if you value your hair. I would have put negative stars if that were possible for the review but I can't. Long story short I went in to get a hair cut and got a hair shave. My hair was about 2 and a half inches when I walked in and I wanted it at 2 inches but it was cut to less than half an inch. This place is terrible. The barber totally blew off what I said I wanted. I hope I save some of you your time, money, and most importantly your hair.

Don't understand the great reviews...Bad copy of Knockouts, cost 40% more for half the service and ended up with a crappy Great Clips uneven cut. Only washed hair once, poor 30 second massage. Bad cut!

Second time there in years. But I will not be coming back to this place. The stylist who cut my hair has not been trained well. I explained that I wanted the back of my hair tapered and it was left long and blocked. There are additional details that she didn't follow however let's just say that this is a greatclips haircut. I told her that I was attending a wedding in a week and as I post this I'm looking for a Barber to get a haircut to fix what was done. I never review anything and never take the time to complain about a service but this time I am upset and I believe this person should not be cutting hair. My wife said I should give them the opportunity to fix the issue but I'm afraid that if this is the best they have I will pay somebody else to fix it.

$30 for just an average haircut is a bit much. Felt like a $10 haircut. Looks like a $10 haircut. The associate said like they didn't want to be there/didn't like their job. Not sure why it's on an appointment basis for average service. I left with razor burn on my neck. From previous reviews and my own experience this is likely just the one employee, not the rest of the staff. Just got home and realized she did something funky with the hair just above my ears. Looks like she slipped and took some of my hair with her. NOTE: both sides are equally messed up which means it was intentional. She did not listen to what I wanted from the haircut. Said she had worked there for a year, and had been cutting hair professionally for three, but really since she was a kid. Also did not enjoy that her body continually was pressed against my arms. Not a relaxing experience.

Just got one of the best hair cuts of my life. If you want the women drooling while you walk by, and whisper things as you pump gas, then this is a good start. I've literally been throwing them off of me like the axe body spray commercials. I'm seriously stoked on my new dew!! Ask for Carla she's a hairstyling magician! I'll be back.

Took my son in to get his hair done he had been growing it out to get his favorite haircut we are new to the area and they recommended this place well he was so exited when I how the lady the style he wanted she assured me she would be able to do it I sit and wait wand I am seeing the lady unsure when I see her chop all his hair I asked her why so short if he wanted to come it back she just looked and said I didn’t know what I was talking about then she asked me to show the other lady the hair style I showed her and she said what about it and she just says to the other barber I’ll tell you later really rude and make us feel unwelcomed my husband was there and hesitant of doing his beard glad he didn’t because my son asked for a fade and ended up with a buzz cut and once he saw his hair his eyes just teard up the lady tried to make it seemed that she didn’t know what happend I took my son home and he broke down on me I had to try and fix it and I think I did a way better job that lady should not be working in a shop acting she has a license to cut hair she ruined my sons hair I will be going back in to ask for a refund and show the manager the pictures hope I get my 18 dollars back overpriced for crappy hair cut I live a block away thought I had found a place for my boys but WRONG!!! Second post you guys are only finding excuses there was no language barrier lack of skills was the problem or that lady needed glasses because I showed her a picture of what he wanted

Usually Roosters is a decent establishment. This one is the worst. We made an appointment at 10am for my husband to have a haircut, beard trim, and eyebrow trim, as he normally dose when he goes in. He arrived a few minutes early to check in and get settled. At 10:20 he was finally called for his appointment. As he sat and started talking to the older woman about what he was wanting done she informed him that it just wasn’t possible to do everything that she didn’t have the time because of her next appointment. The customer service at this location sucks, I cant believe that this place is still open. This is the third time we have attempted to have an appointment at this location, and will be the last.

Better at shaving necks and giving massages than cutting hair. Showed the girl cutting my hair multiple pictures for reference and she still messed up my cut. I even told her to leave it longer so not too much gets taken off and there's hardly any hair left to be long. Probably gonna shave my head so I can get rid of this cut.
