This could be a great place however they have a big problem. Randy is the problem! When I was there the owner, Randy, was complaining about a couple of older gents waiting on a certain barber to cut their hair. They were waiting on Ron who although all the barbers there are good, they wanted Ron to cut their hair. They were more than happy to wait as they were in no rush. Randy had a fit and went to his office because these men were waiting on Ron. I can tell you by using this barber that Ron is the superior barber there. Here is the reason why; there is not a dimes worth of difference between any of the barbers skill wise. When Randy sees you come in the door he sees $15.00. When Ron sees you come into the shop he sees a CUSTOMER! That is why people wait on Ron. As much as I like Ron I am not coming back to this shop because of the owner. Beware of Randy and his condescending attitude! Go somewhere else.

I have been going there for a couple of years, first had Randy cutting my hair and for the last year or so Don. He tends to cut a little short but all you have to do is explain to him the kind of hair cut you want and he follows instructions perfectly. More then perfectly. I have been having the best hair cuts of my life from Don and I am 65 years of age. It takes a real quality barber to be able to follow instructions perfectly.

I went in for a good haircut and beard trim. After he was done I asked if he could make the sides shorter. He only cut the sides, not the back. I walked right out, found another barber shop so they could fix my hair and beard. I had gashes in my beard that we're down to the skin. The new barber had to cut my beard completely off. The top of my head was only partially cut. I won't be back. The barbershop that fixed it was Dapper Barber. They did a great job.

Randy is a great guy, gives great haircuts and beard trims. The first time I went he was my barber. The other guy i saw this last time will mutilate every hair on your head. Maybe because I'm not a "native," but that guy destroyed any style I may have once had. I will never go back again.

First off, let me say that Randy is the best. However, that other barber in the building can NOT cut hair. Don or Dom or whatever his name is. How else do you walk in for a simple trim, with hair down past your ears that you chew on every day, and leave with less than 3 inches left.. I will be hiding my head under a ball cap in shame for the next however long it takes for it to grow back. If I don't just shave it all off. Worst haircut of my life. I've never complained, let alone demanded my money back, over a haircut. Just terrible.

I went to this place to get my head shaved. The barber was really friendly and the place had a nice vibe. Most importantly, the barber did not cut my scalp. This happens a lot, so I always am happy when I escape with no nicks or cuts. The only bad thing is the traffic and construction right outside the barber shop. But this is not the Shoppe's fault. Highly recommended.

Best barber shop I have ever been to! I took my kid brother, and my older cousin there for haircuts, and they both turned out great! All the guys were very personable, but Randy, the owner, really listened to what they both wanted. The shop itself, is full of Colorado Springs history & western antiques & pictures. I had plenty to see while I waited. I highly recommend this place. Randy is the best barber I have ever met! All the guys there are great!

Help Me Ship It

Made my 1st visit to this place with my 11 yr old son to get us both trimmed up and they did a fantastic job! Randy did a great job on my hair and I also scored a great Hot Shave. Ron talked football the entire time with my 11 yr. old which made his day! It's nice to find a small town barber shop that gives great service at a fair price. I'll defiantly be back!!
