Terrible customer service. I have an undercut that I put a design it. Same thing as giving a guy a haircut and putting a design in it. I have to go to a barber shop cause they do better designs. Called to ask if they did it. He told me it's a guys place and he won't do it. I told him it's the same thing and he went on about I need to go to a girls place to get my hair done..

Jerry is the Best In Town! Classic old school haircuts done by a PROFESSIONAL BARBER, not some Cosmotology Graduates. Nothing against them but Jerry is the Real Deal with unbelievable prices. I always give him a $20.00 bill even though his haircuts are $11-$12. My Grandpo's introduced me to him 30 years ago and I still go to him. I wished he could do it forever.

Don't let the neighborhood fool you! Jerry is a great old school barber. It's super difficult to find someone who can do a traditional style flat top correctly, and Jerry has it mastered. He is a really genuine and nice guy and his prices are very reasonable. Has been in business for 40 years.

This place is great. Jerry has been cutting hair for 58 years, 56 at this location. It's great to see a place unaffected by change. Prices are reasonable, but you can't beat the atmosphere.

I give a one star in order to post. Gives a very good haircut, but the barber makes shock comments that are tasteless and rude. While sitting in the chair, he made reference to a race of people using the N word and then told me this was why he sports a confederate battle flag on his wall. I finally had enough and told him his words were offensive. He then advised me that this was not the barber shop for me and showed me the door, saying "Don't let the door hit you on your way out." I can put up with a lot of trash talk, being retired military, but staying silent or making light of his form of bigotry is tantamount to condoning it. No more. Words mean things. I'll find another barber.

The worst experience I've ever had, in any service-related establishment. Butchered mine and my son's hair. When I went back to ask for reimbursement, he became very volatile and slammed the door on me, striking me with the door and almost hitting my 6 year old son in the process. Terrible customer service and a horrible human being.

Single seat barber shop that has been in business for 47 years, Jerry knows what he is doing with your hair. He doesn't venture into head designs lol but I recommend him for a good ol traditional cut if you wanna tidy up. PS you will stay updated with Sioux Falls news and he got his police scan playing on the radio.

I came in for a trim today and was denied service. The man said that he is just a barber and that he couldn’t cut my hair. My hair is what most guys hair looks like an inch long on the top and shaved on the sides. Wouldn’t suggest this place to any LGBT people, the discrimination was real.

Jerry's was a highly recommended barber shop from the Roosevelt Barber Shop in Des Moines. I needed an experienced barber closer to home. Overall, an exceptional experience; Jerry is very knowledgeable, personable, and humerous. He has been cutting hair before I was even a thought, and therefore has seen it all. These type of barbers are becoming difficult to find, definitely recommend paying him a visit if you live in the western suburbs.

I was in town and looking for a good classic-style barber shop, and I found it with Jerry's. It is all walk-ins, so you will get in if you're willing to wait. No appointment is needed (or allowed). There is good barber shop conversation, nice small shop feel, and Jerry has decades of experience. You even get a straight-edge trim where needed! Next time I need a haircut, I hope to be passing through Sioux Falls!
