In the RFV theres is a barbershop, that does cuts right. No rushing, no clock ticking. These talented people do it right. Not once but everytime, 3+ years! Coast to coast, like butter and toast Good Old Days Barbershop

I love Summer! She usually cuts men's hair but she gave me an awesome bob anyway. She didn't mind taking her time with my malnourished hair, and when she was done - I felt brand new! :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very disappointing. I have several family members in the Roaring Fork Valley who are current repeat customers at Good Old Days, and they recommended I reach out to the shop to arrange for a straight razor shave this upcoming weekend. Let's just say I don't think they will be customers anymore. I called this Barbershop 3 times this week during open store hours, and even left a voicemail to try and schedule a time for a straight razor shave. I did not receive a call back, but a guy named Summer answered the phone today and I politely asked if they did straight razor shaves, and Summer decided to laugh and say, 'No, good luck finding that around here.' I said 'why would that be? Do you have to be a licensed barber?' Summer provided me with an extremely rude response of, 'I have no idea. My reason is I don't have time,' and quickly hung up the phone. Summer, I can't help but think you were annoyed that I would even ask such a general question of this Barbershop. I would think you may want to be a little more friendly with potential customers, especially not knowing the amount of business my family has given you. Best of luck to you in your career. I'm sure terrible customer service will amount to much success.

Sign says walk-ins welcome and open 9 to 4 on Saturdays. Show up at 1pm for two boys haircuts. The barber told me she can't cut boys hair. She was literally in the middle of cutting the hair of a boy. I laughed because I thought she was joking. She was not. I'd taken my boys to get haircuts there before and have seen them turn others away for equally strange reasons. Your likelihood of actually getting a haircut seems to be entirely dependent on their mood that day.

I didn't know I could look this good! We moved to the Glenwood Springs area about a year ago and I have been on a quest to find a decent barbershop that didn't charge $40 for a buzz and trim haircut with no luck, until I came to Good Old Days Barbershop. I found it right here and now know why everyone gives them 5 stars. There were 4 chairs going when I came in on a Saturday and got a spot right away as a walk-in. A really nice and talented lady asked a few questions and then went right to work putting my hair and beard back into shape in no time. I have been bragging this place up ever since. This place is mainly for guys, but they will do women's hair, especially if you wear it a little shorter. Great for kids too, as they have a foosball table, tv with movies playing, and a little car for them to get their hair cut in. The barbers look professional and take a lot of pride in their work, so everyone walks out looking their best. At this time a haircut and beard trim cost me $25, which is cheap in the valley. I will be back every month from now on. This is now my barber shop too.

I’ve been looking for a decent barber shop that I can get to relatively easily, and I found this one on my way to work one day. Checked it out, and not only is the lady friendly and personable but she actually knows what a basic fade and edge is!!!!! After messing with Wal-Mart and the other haircut places up and down the valley, I can honestly say I’m making this my primary spot. Thanks Summer!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! If I can give zero stars I would. Julie/ the only barber present of three empty stations has no idea what she is doing behind the chair. She lacks professionalism, for a mature woman she has no focus or direction. Giving instructions is pointless to this individual who feels the need to be distracted by her cell phone (not work related) at least 4 times per haircut. Left there feeling worse than I came in with some nicks and cuts as a bonus and lighter wallet......felt like I spent $25 on a spoilt pizza
