I stopped in for a trim and was hooked up with their stylist Sasha Krenzer. She was awesome! Took the time to really make sure my fade was on point, and made sure to include me in the cutting process - asking what i liked and didn't like. Probably the best cut i've gotten at a Floyd's yet! This location was a bit out of the way for me, but i will definitely make it a point to come back and see Sasha next time i need a trim. The rest of the staff was also welcoming and made the whole experience even better. Thanks guys!

Made an appointment for 2:00 today. After waiting for about 15 minutes, the receptionist informed me that they were short on stylists & it would take a bit longer to get my cut. She even offered me $5 off to make up for it. I could tell she felt bad about it (there was a front desk shift change right when I got there, it was totally out of her hands). I waited another 15 minutes but didn't end up getting a cut. I didn't have time to wait. But I appreciated the gesture & attempt to make it right. It was nobody's fault & I can sympathize with the difficult situation.

Aaron is great! I get pretty nervous about letting people cut my hair because historically, stylists don't listen, but Aaron was AMAZING! She took the time to figure out EXACTLY what I wanted & checked in with me the whole time. I love my haircut! She was relaxed, patient, kind, and a consummate professional. I truly could not be more pleased! I will be going to her from now on! Thank you, Aaron!

Look no further for an awesome local Barbershop! My Wife and I both needed a fresh cut so I booked an appointment with Sasha (for myself) and Syama (for my wife). Overall this is one of the best haircuts either of us have gotten, for an unbeatable price. The shop vibe overall is really awesome, and the staff are super friendly, and again, do great work! Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area who is looking for a new Barber/Salon.

Upon my wife seeing the haircut that I got here from a lovely lady named Syama, her comment was, "That's the BEST haircut you've gotten in 25 years!" My rating for Syama on a 1-10 scale is a solid 10 & 33/64ths. Hate to use a movie quote but, I'll be back! Thanks again Syama, you're the BEST!

Curt and unfriendly stylist. No attempt at conversation and acted condescending and frustrated at my styling requests. Haircut turned out acceptable and receptionist was friendly. Will not be returning.

The staff was nice. The "stylist" not a barber was puzzled when I asked for a 1 1/2 metal guard high and tight skin fade (military high and tight cut). I was told the metal guards are too expensive and they only carry plastic guards; ok, cool but clearly not familiar with high and tight haircuts. A buzz cut was $21.50 and a touch up skin fade $28.50?!?...plus tip!?! Nice folks and good location but won't be back.
