Last week, I needed to get a last-minute haircut after I found out I was having pictures taken at work the next day. I called a couple barbershops downtown, but none were able to get me in without an appointment. Floyd's was able to get me in as a walk-in at 8:30, which is very convenient when you work 8-5. I wasn't sure exactly what length I wanted my hair on the top, so I asked my stylist, Kelly, if she could just cut it to whatever length she thought looked good. She was personable, professional, and did an amazing job with my haircut. The next day, my photographer and co-workers all told me how great my hair looked (and who doesn't want to hear that?) and asked where I got it done. On top of everything, I only paid $35 for services that cost me at least $60 at other barbers around town. I would definitely recommend Floyd's for a barbershop, and Kelly as a stylist. Thank you, again!

I went in and got my hair colored and trimmed by the amazing Haley! She always does a fantastic job on my hair no matter what! I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past because I have really curly hair but she always cuts it perfect! I will always use her for my hair and no one else!

Haley is amazing! I hadn’t had my hair done in over a year and I’m SUPER picky when it comes to trusting people with my hair. She was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable enough to just trust her and let her do what she thought would look best. I’ve never been so excited about my hair until today. I really like this location. It did not take long for this to become my only hair place in the north Springs. I went here for three years straight before I moved. Never once had a bad cut. The app for booking an appointment is easy to use and with an appointment I never waited more than 5 minutes. They do get busy so without an appointment I probably waited 15 minutes a couple times. The prices are reasonable considering the professionalism of all the barbers/stylist. So many people (especially the employees) have incredibly interesting hair.

I was a new client today because my old barber moved. And all I can say is WOW!!! AMAZING service, environment, and amazing people!! Very friendly personable staff, especially my hair stylist Kristina G. From start to end we had a great conversation with wonderful laughs! I enjoyed her outgoing personality along with her skill!! I tried out a new hair style and it was even better then what I could have imagined! She kept hyping me up with compliments and friendliness!! I have tried going back time and time again to this place and don't think I will be going back anymore. The haircuts are so inconsistent I just can't rely on them. I don't care much for the employees either. They are too busy talking to get the job done right and in a timely fashion. There are times when people are waiting and there are no less than 4 of them chatting in the middle of the room not paying attention to the customers. Last time I was there for a haircut for my son, we waited for 45 minutes before I left. There were 3 or 4 employees milling around not doing anything. This place is not worth it. Plus they play terrible music at levels that are too loud. I'm not even old either!

Victoria cuts and colors my hair. She is so attentive and kind and always makes me feel special. I love getting my hair done because Not only does she do an incredible job, But she greets you with a hug and genuinely cares about her clients. I also love it when I leave and her coworkers comment over and over how beautiful my hair looks after she took such care for it! Victorious talented, kind and clearly loves her job!

Great place to get a haircut...had a very cool setup and staff were all amazing....recommend you set up amd appointment because it was very busy i waited an hour and this was a weekday in the middle of the day.....was very happy with the cut i got will 100% be going back.

Victoria is THE BEST in the springs for color! I first was referred to her for an undercut, AMAZING! Then I went on to dye my hair purple, then red, then blue, now silver... I LOVE HER! Best ever! Highly recommend.

I never expected to go to the same place my husband goes to get my haircut but Victoria has definitely changed this! She is amazing, not only is she very personable but she is also great at what she does! She makes the overall experience one to remember & want to share with your friends! I wrote a a negative one star review last week after visiting Floyd's Barbershop For the First Time. my experience was negative because I didn't feel like I received a good haircut my first time there I was contacted by management and offered a free haircut and was instructed to request a barber instead of a beautician. I went in today August 10th and received a haircut by Nick. he did a great job Not only was I pleased by his skill set but also his professionalism. I will be going back as long as Nick as a barber there. I am changing my one star review to a four star review I appreciate your customer service Nick did a great job and I look forward to scheduling another appointment with him again

I thought the prices were a little high for a basic haircut for my boys. The haircut looked good but I can get the same cut for quite a bit cheaper at just about any good Barber Shop. They play their music pretty loud, but I'm okay with that . Overall it was a pretty good experience

Great haircut and recommendations from the stylist, Gabby. Atmosphere is fun with a 90's grunge rock look to it and the music follows the atmosphere. Prices were fair for the service and I'll definitely be going back in the future.

Went to Floyd's for the first time yesterday at the N. Academy location and instantly fell in love with the vibes in there. All the stylists get to wear what they want and all of them looked well groomed, the music was a great mix up of good tunes,and the decor was very fun and enticing. I was going in for a dye job so it's nice to be in such a comfortable environment since it's a long process. My stylist was Haley and I am so happy I let her do my hair. I dont do things for myself often and it had been 3 years since I've even gone anywhere for a cut but Haley blew my expectations. We went from brown to a very fiery red with hints of orange and yellow and its 100% fire. I've already gotten so many compliments on it. I feel very sexy and confident now when I'm going out. Thank you for giving me an amazing new style to match my fiery personality.

I came in for a haircut and a shave. The haircut was fine but the shave was bad. Luke warm towels that were on and off in a flash, no letting them sit to help soften the hairs and also relax. Then the razor that was used was dull, providing a very unpleasant shave. I got 2 nicks and when I got home I could still see stubble where he missed. I have to shave again. So haircuts are fine but I would not get a shave there again. Locals does a much better shave.

This place is awesome. Highly recommend Shelby. She always does a fantastic job! Highly recommend you stay away from Kelly M. She seems like she's on something. Super twitchy and grinds her teeth all the time. I wouldn't trust her to cut anyone's hair.

Great if you know who to go to! My husband loves Jordan. She never fails him, unfortunately I think she is elsewhere now. My son on the other hand got his hair butchered twice by two different young women before we finally found Brett. He actually listened to what my son wanted and held a fun conversation with him throughout. We will keep going back but only for Jordan and Brett.

She takes her time to make sure every detail is perfect and that is important to me and why I keep coming back. Victoria’s skills are unmatched and she’s always working on getting better and better. Her fade work is impeccable. I wouldnt even think of letting anyone but Victoria cut my hair.
