I've been to Floyds 3 times and the haircuts are okay. The 1 star is for the disappointing customer service. While having a conversation with the stylist, I mentioned my wife and I had just moved to Highlands Ranch from CA. She replied, "Oh, we hate Californians here. Especially ones moving here." She laughed as if it was a joke. She then proceeded to rant for the entire haircut about how much she hates CA and all the people moving here. That "we're moving here for the legal weed" (Marijuana is legal in CA since 2017) and all these ghetto Californians are ruining CO. As the haircut went on I felt more and more insulted and belittled. I was floored that an employee was disrespectful and ignorant enough to dislike me simply because of where I was born and where I'm from - and tell me to my face over and over! She had no problem swiping my debit card and accepting the 20% tip though. Disappointing because I'd like to get my haircuts at a local place but I don't feel welcome at Floyd's.

NIkki Z is the bomb! I have trusted my locks to Nikki for almost 10 years now, and have sent additional family and friends her way. Professional and creative, yet laid back and super friendly, you will feel like you've know her for years. But call ahead and reserve your time because she books up quickly! she is so efficient that you start and end on time letting you get back to your day without worry. the staff is friendly, the shop always clean. an overall good value. don't forget to ask her about her raccoon story!

We have been coming here to see Makenna since my kiddos were 3 and 1.5 years. She is amazing. She has conditioned both of my boys to enjoy getting their hair cut! Which was no easy feat. I'm so grateful we found her. I'm not sure how she is able to hit a moving target when they are fidgeting in the seat, but their hair ALWAYS looks hip and cute. I highly recommend her! Floyd's is lucky to have such a great stylists!

After getting a terrible haircut from sports clips I came here in hopes they could fix it. Not like I have a difficult haircut (2 on the sides and a little longer than finger length on top) and the stylist did a great job cutting my hair. Wish i could remember her name so i could give her a shout out but I'm horrible with names.

First time going to Floyd’s at the recommendation of a friend. The online booking was super easy, and I got exactly the cut I had in mind! I was looking forward to the heavily-advertised shoulder massage, but was too self-conscious to ask. This will most likely be my new go-to spot, especially as I am hoping to go even shorter over the coming months. Stylist was very detailed about getting exactly what I wanted, and even helped me plan for next time. I wish I had known about the 50% off for first timers when I used the online booking.

I went here on Saturday and was attempting to fix my hair as it grew out, but I didn’t get what I wanted the first time around due to a miscommunication, quite honestly mostly from my end. HOWEVER, they were super awesome about fixing it for me, and they made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the second time around. It was a simple mistake that they completely corrected, they were super nice about it!! My hair looks great and I am extremely satisfied with the end results.

Love this place for haircuts! I don’t have much hair anymore so I just get the buzz cut, but they make even a middle-aged guy like me look my best Hint: get their app and make reservations as this location can have a lot of people waiting most of the time.

I made a reservation showed up and waited, only to have to ppl without reservations to go up before me so I left as I was the last human waiting everyone else was closing never go here if you are on a time schedule or want to be treated like a customer, they say 20 min wait usually 45 min wait.called ahead and made a reservation for haircut. and just looked at me like it's my problem

Floyd's, as with any barbershop/salon, owes their reputation to their stylists. I've never been one to devote myself to a single person, but rather trust whichever professional I get to do what they do, and Floyd's has hit the mark probably 90 percent of the time. The crew at this location is very cool, very knowledgeable, and very aware of current hair trends. We're lucky in this area to have a team of talented hair cutters who definitely know their stuff and are ready to meet the needs of our community.

Wow! Amy B, did a great job on my hair and beard! I let my hair and beard grow out for 6 months! Made an appointment with Amy, as she came highly recommended. She was very patient with me because I really wasn't sure what I wanted done. She had some really good ideas. She ended up cutting several areas a few times so she wouldn't go too short all at once. My hair and beard turned out great! I love it! Thanks again, Amy!

Although this spot tends to get busy, they always seem to accommodate me and seeing my stylist Makenna. Wow, thank you for the great haircut today. I brought my son in whose hair was pretty long because he's had such horrible cuts at another place and he was afraid. I need to find out the name of the lady who did his hair because he's smiling eat to ear and we got in right away (maybe lucky but I'll take it), great for me with younger kids. Today I went to Floyd’s barbershop and was hoping for a fresh cut, but I did not get that. I asked for a fade and cut a little bit off the top. The guy made my hair look small on the top and big on the sides. I have been very disappointed with this haircut. Now I don’t know what to do about my hair.

Awesome experience, I have been coming to this location off and on for the last 4 or 5 years . What brings me back is the staff, one great barber in particular, Mandy W. I get a variation of the razor fade and Mandy does a professional well executed job, attention to detail and experience really show when the cut is complete. Horrible scheduling. I called in and put my name on the list. The gal says the wait is about 2.5 to 2.75 hours. Ok. So I call back in an hour and then she tells me 45 minutes to and hour, so I drive down there and check in at the front desk and the gal tells me it's back to 2.5 hours. Never mind. Don't waste your time. Go to a real barber, not a hair salon.
