I've been going to Q to get my hair cut and beard trimmed for 6 years and highly recommend his artistic perfection to anyone who wants the best haircut in the area. Light handed, clean, and extraordinary. Long or short hair, beards, or clean shave this man Vince can cut some hair. Whatever you need he can deliver. I’v had him do cuts and designs that he has never done before and he delivers. The best part to me is you can tell when someone cares about what they are doing by how much attention to detail they provide. If you go you’ll be delivered the best line up of your years. After Vince cut my hair one time I refuse to go anywhere else. Great quality for a great price.

Good music was playing and big screen TV’s around the shop, so nice and comfortable. I saw Aaron Hart who truly has a gift and his passion sets him apart. I got the best cut and beard trim! Incredibly horrible customer service here. Door says walk ins welcome, signed in a on their log and sat down. Was there almost an hour watched a 3 people that came in after me go ahead of me because they were cool with the barbers here. Very unprofessional service, it was only when I walked into the area and turned to leave that a guy came after me to ask if I had an appointment? Dude you saw me sitting there the entire time. I won't be coming back here and I'll be telling everyone in my military unit to avoid this place as well.

Never had an undercut done before, been to a few places for my daughters undercut though. I had an appointment and Anthony was on time, professional and his lines, fading, and artistry is amazing. I moved to Colorado Springs, CO this year in June and during that time, I tried numerous barbershops and none came close to offering the same quality of service that I have received at Faded Image. More specifically, my barber's name is Hannah and she takes her time to ensure that each week I leave with a spectacular haircut and fresh lineup. Additionally, she is able to offer various styles of haircuts as well as fades and is the epitome of professionalism. I highly recommend stopping in and checking her and the shop out if you're looking for a clean, quality cut.

Ever since a few months I have been going to Faded Image, Q has hooked me up so tight, I could have a lady every night but I have to rest so I keep them at bay but it's nice to have the option. There were no prices posted that I saw other than what I read on the shop’s website before visiting. I wasn’t sure what length I wanted my hair on top so I asked the barber, Anthony (AKA Pony Boy), to try a few lengths of guards. We settled on one but he tried to convince me it was a “1 1/2” guard. I pressed the issue then he admitted under questioning that it was a 3/16. I found that odd but didn’t think about it much. At the conclusion of my haircut he charged me a full $10 over the listed price online. I pressed that issue as well and he offered a $5 discount. Needless to say, that sort of dishonesty is abhorrent. I’m not sure I even understand the reasons for attempting to mislead me on the size of guard used but over charging me for a service is unacceptable. I will not be visiting this establishment again. The owner should be ashamed that he/she allows their employees to try and get over on customers in this way.

I've been living in the springs for a little over 2 years and hadn't been able to get a decent haircut in that time span. I would sometimes go back home to Vegas just to get a haircut. My wife found this place and Aaron has been cutting my son's hair for a while and I got mine done for the first time and it was great. DON'T COME HERE. I came in for a haircut. Very impressed with the way it looks from outside. Once inside i sat in the lobby area for 30 mins untill i walked out, without even once being spoken too. Worst customer experience ever experienced at a barbershop.

Halat got me in on short notice. Must say that he got me looking fresh as morning donuts. Crisp, well defined lines and a perfectly blended fade as requested. Also hooked me up with some really good beard oil infused with CBD. I will most assuredly be back to let him get me right again and again.

I had an appt. At 8:00 am for my son to get his hair cut. We walked in the door at 8:00am and I was told that my scheduled Barber was not there yet and that he would be in a few minutes I was ok with that. I waited for 30 mins in till we just got up and left. I called right across the street to the legendary Right Touch barber shop and was helped right way. I will NEVER return to faded image again. Very unprofessional.

Always keep the name of a great barber a secret. I’m going to violate this rule to give my man, Vince, at The Faded Image recognition. The shop has a very inviting and entertaining atmosphere. Vince’s application of his skills is very meticulous and thorough. He has my trust and my repeat business as a client. I can not recommend him and the crew at The Faded Image highly enough. Just don’t book him up to the point where I can’t get on his schedule!

I paid $25 for a haircut and the gentleman didn't put a single straight edge razor on me. Then only when I was shocked about the price he handed me a card that would be $5 off my next haircut if I was to return. Much rather go to any other barber and pay 15$ then tip the stylist what they are worth.

I have an unnaturally light scalp, and dark, thick, course, wirey hair. I’ve never been able to find a barber who could actually put a fade on my head that looked like it actually faded until I met Q, 7 years ago. I get compliments on my hair regularly from friends, family, and people I don’t even know. Q’s fades are the closest thing to perfect you could expect from ANY barber. With that being said, The barbers at Faded Image will take the time to make sure your hair looks exceptional, even if that means going over their scheduled time by a few minutes. Yes I’ve waited up to 15 minutes past my scheduled time to get my haircut, and very rarely more than that, but that’s certainly not the norm. This isn’t the fast food of haircuts by any means, if you want fast, early, and cheap every time; cost cutters and sports clips are always eager for business. Here, it’s in the slogan, “connoisseurs of quality.” There’s a reason these barbers get booked up quick and it’s because people want what they got. I don’t leave reviews on a lot of products I purchase, but the haircuts here are exceptional. When I can’t get into Q, I’ve had my haircut by Aaron and a few others who also do an exceptional job, which is saying something because average barbers struggle blending my hair. Q, as long as you’re cutting hair, you got a customer for life.

5 star for the cut, never leave unsatisfied these guys know their stuff and you always walk out clean. Customer service during an escalation needs some work. After waiting 36 minutes past scheduled appointment let the barber know I would need to leave because the time and reschedule. 0 empathy 0 customer service. Resolution : "Do you want to reschedule with another barber. That would be best as I can not always be on time." After 7 years with the same barber I was a bit thrown off but like I said these guys are great at what they do just need to work on the customer service side.
