Walked in for the first time and ask if they do walk ins. No one even bother to acknowledge me! Out of six employees working there no one even said a thing!! It wasn’t even busy! I would of understood if it was busy but it was a Monday only one person was waiting for a haircut. No one even bothered to even say we are booked, we only take appointments or we are busy not a single word!! Never going back to this place! They lost $40 dollars on a easy haircut that one of them could of have! Place is a joke!! They need to at least learn how to communicate!

Jackie is awesome!! Every guy knows the search for a great barber. Thankfully mine ended when I found Jackie. She is very attentive with what her clients want and always very professional. Just got another great cut at Fade yesterday. Joe Muto did an awesome job. Very attentive to detail and won’t let you leave without getting the exact cut you want. Make sure you schedule, the dude fills up quick!

Walked in with no appointment and a wild mess of rainbow hair but Louis squeezed me in before his next appointment. I wasn't sure how he would handle the tangle of hair that I brought to him but he ended up giving me one of the best hair cuts I've ever had. It was my first time in but he made me feel like a regular, even though his next appointment was coming in, he didn't rush to just give me a cut and get me out of the chair. Cool atmosphere and cool people, I will definitely be back.

I don't usually like to give reviews but I'm frustrated. My girlfriend found this place and it came highly recommended. I went one time and the guy who cut my hair was a student and it sounded like he wasn't even a licensed barber...he did a good job but it made me uneasy that he might not even be able to cut hair legally. I decided to book a second time with the owner; I called and they told me to book online because the owner wasn't in. I book online on Wednesday for Saturday at 10:45. I get an email Friday confirming my appointment for Saturday; but to my surprise the time was changed from 10:45 to 3:00 which won't work for me. I doublechecked my original confirmation email to make sure I hadn't made a mistake; the original email said 10:45. I called in and again the owner wasn't available to take my call and the person on the phone said they couldn't help me. I cancelled my appointment and I will be taking my business somewhere that has better customer service. What a waste of my time.
