When I arrived for this appointment she had photos to show me as examples of the direction we decided to go during my last appointment. She is awesome with my crazy work schedule and knowing her customer to suggest something that will work. I appreciate her professionalism while also having a down to earth personality. I always leave feeling satisfied. Lauren stays up to date on product knowledge. For this particular visit, I needed a new shampoo and conditioner. She mentioned that she attended classes regarding two separate products offered at the salon that were new to me. She explained the benefits and differences between both. Lauren product tests and stands by her word, which I appreciate because I do not have the time and have come to trust her feedback. I went with the Kevin Murphy Hydrate -Me.Wash and Hydrate-Me.Rinse. She was spot on. I love how it makes my hair feel. Great visit. Really love my color and trim this time. It was exactly what we discussed. Thanks Lauren!

Hannah at Headspace Salon is incredible!! She has cut and colored my hair twice now and it's looked fantastic both times. The second time I wanted a very light purple and she got the color perfect! She has also waxed my eyebrows and not only was there very little pain because the wax she uses is so gentle, but they looked great. In addition to being extremely talented, Hannah is such fun to interact with! She is very friendly and great to talk to while getting your hair done. She also very much cares about what she does, and makes sure you're happy with your look. Her products are great quality, so you're look stays looking good. I will be going to her again to get my hair done for prom. Can't imagine having a better stylist!!

Just want to say this place is awesome and staff is so kind and welcoming. Yet, I did not feel I had the best experience. The person who did my hair did a great job but just was not what I asked for. I wanted to go blonde from being a brunette. I was hesitant to jump right in to a blonde blonde so they said we’d go on the warmer side. My hair color is not blonde at all, it’s a honey color and is not flattering on me. Not what I asked for. I called back 2 days later saying I did not feel confident or comfortable with the color my hair was. The stylist did reach out and said it could be fixed but then would charge me again after they had decided to take control of the color and not give me what I wanted. Was not too happy about that. I would say just be more forward about what you want but would not discourage anyone for going to this place!

It really depends on who you get to do your hair. I recently had my beard trimmed and head buzzed bald ,she charged me 30$ the time before the man who did the same thing only charged me 14$ I will never have my head shaved here again. Dont get me wrong they do a great job on my beard but to charge some one 20$ to shave someone's head with no guard takes no skill and isn't worth 20$

Johnny was super nice. He immediately welcomed me and checked me in. I was Tara's last appointment. But even thou she had a long day of customers behind her already, she was really awesome. She listened and gave me exactly the cut I wanted, even tailored it to what I was trying to accomplish. You would think that is expected, but in my hair life experience, such a good result is very very rare! I walked out of there loving my new hair style!!: pixie cut/short angled Bob mix cut from a long shoulder height version of it. She also had to blend in my undercut. You can't even tell it was there. If you want a completely jacked up cut and color, this is the place to go! 2 days after my hair was chopped to shreds, I called back to talk to the manager. She wasn’t there. Called back the next day, still not there. I left a message on the third call, still no call back. Sent an email, still no response. I obviously had to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed, as I didn’t want to walk around town with my hair looking like this. I’ve waited 3 months to post this review, to see if anyone could fix the situation. The hairdresser who did this fine work called me, explained that I’m basically SOL, I should have called right after she messed up my hair (which I did). She said I should have asked for her so she could fix it. Right... like you could fix what you would have considered to be your “best work” in the first place...? lol. I still have never spoken to the manager about all of this, the hairdresser asked to send pics of my jacked up hair to her, and then claimed that she didn’t do that work. So, I am out a cool $168 + $100 to get my hair fixed.

I arrived 10 minutes early for a 3:30 appointment with Lindsey. The appointment had been CONFIRMED by Eden in an email. I was checked in and told she was finishing up and would be right with me. FORTY FIVE minutes later I flagged down another stylist to find out what the story was. She went to check and then came back to tell me that they have a new system and Lindsey messed up my appointment. I understand that mistakes happen. But to know I'm sitting there "checked in" for a 3:30, and to know it's not gonna happen but leave me waiting for FORTY FIVE minutes is more than a simple mistake. It's proof positive of a business out of control and I would urge serious caution before ever making an appointment here. It's been a long time since I've witnessed such amateur hour at a business establishment.

It’s super unprofessional to welcome a client to book in the morning time online for a sew- in and then cancel their appointment (due to consultation needed 3 days prior to service ) in the after noon after sending two confirmations of you appointment via email/text. I was super excited to start taking our family to your (what looks like)talented team. We would’ve been a great customer to have if you would’ve taken care of me from the start. I recommend not allowing clients to book extensions 3 days in advance. Also, I would personally call your new client to cancel and apologize instead of just sending a text and email. This shows that you care about your future client and want her to know that you are truly sorry for having to cancel-and then that is when you ask “ would you like to re book, I would love to still be able to have the opportunity to do your hair!”

The first time I went, a few months back, I was very satisfied with the service, price and results. I ended up buying some of their products. I was seen by Micah. However, the second time, Saturday Oct 26, 2019, I went to see Micah again. Service was great. I did a little more than the first time. This time I had him color my hair. Although, the color came out great the hair cut was horrible. I really wish I could share pictures. I was charged $50 for the hair cut, wash, and style, $85 for the color, $30 for product and $22 for another product, and a gave a 20% tip. However, my card was charged $284. Not only I had to wait until Tuesday to get it resolved they only refunded $51. My math isn’t great but they still owe me. Greediness got involved and I was screwed. But never again will I ever go back. Not only my hair cut wasn’t done right but money was stolen from my account. So, be careful and pay attention when you go there.

If there was an option for no stars I would have gladly chosen that instead. I have been coming to this salon for about a year now with my mother and daughter and have for the most part liked our hair maybe not the professionalism but the hair cuts and colors yes. however today my daughter went in for a very small trim went in with her hair down to her middle back and walked out with it above her shoulders. furious is not even the word for what I am feeling right now, if you want a hairdresser to completely do the opposite of what u have asked them to then ethan is your guy if you want something done the way YOU want it done I beg u please go somewhere else. I know this was done on purpose to b.c a comment was made to my daughter about how he hopes she likes her pixie cut. as a mother I cant even tell you how upset I am, for me I think women young and old carry their confidence in their face and hair and this has crushed my daughter and her confidence I will never return to this establishment and I will make sure to let everyone I talk to know not to go here either. 09-27-2019 So I did want to come back and say that although my previous experience was not great the owner did reach out to me and has since then made it right. Shes amazing she does great work and genuinely cares about her clients and took the time to hear me and my situation, shes been working on myself and has been so compassionate with the fears that my daughter now has, shes great, if you want this best she definatly is. Her pricing is a lot higher than most but you truly get what u pay for. I will actually be returning this weekend to freshen up these locks. Thanks again lindsey ur so great!! As goes for my visit, I cannot speak highly enough of Hannah. She is seriously the best person to have cut, color and style your hair. She is a pure and honest person all the way around. I love catching up with her every time I go in. No one has ever done what she has for my hair, which is why I gladly drive from Denver for her magical hair powers.
