Marissa has done a great job with my hair there. Only complaint would be finding a parking space. It is in the Walmart shopping Center and traffic and parking is always difficult. I definitely would encourage anyone who goes there regularly to check in online before getting to the shop, and plan a couple minutes to maybe have to find a parking spot before your appointment.

I moved here in Modesto at the top of the year. Since my family still lived in stockton when I would visit them I would still going to supercuts. After my first visit to Sportsclips NPL they have made a fan out of me. The staff is awesome. It's clean and up to date with tech. I enjoyed my conversation and haircut with Alexis. I will definitely be returning.

I have been coming here since you guys opened and I started with getting my haircut by Kristin who I believe is no longer there but she was amazing always nice and great at cutting hair! But now that she was gone I tried getting my haircut by a few of the others but wasn’t getting what I got with Kristin, until I came in one day and got my haircut by Emily! Emily is great, awesome personality, good conversation, actually cares about the work she is doing! I recommend going here to everyone, easily worth the money! Only thing I could say that would make this place better is if they used straight razors. Thank you for providing good work.

Came for a haircut. Everything seemed nice. The way the woman styled my hair looked good. The next morning I woke up and it was very uneven. So I went back. The woman at the desk said she would take care of me right away. Well I have been sitting here for 20 minutes. I think I should be a priority customer . The board says I have 9 more minutes. I will not come back.

They did an excellent job cutting my hair. Prices are high for a men's haircut in Modesto unless you really want a shampoo and neck/shoulder massage which are part of the MVP treatment.

I went there and very good customer service but the hair cut was not really good because I asked for a low fade and she gave me a mid fade also there is bald spot on the side of my head now and it was not there before the haircut

Inside is nice with a huge TV in the waiting area. Went in there with a free haircut coupon (no appointment) and waited about 35 minutes with a few people in front of me. The man who I assume owns the place looked right at me a few times and didn't seem to be in too big of a hurry to help so I stood up and walked out. Probably won't go back

Went here for the first time and it was a great experience. The wait was super long. But I went last minute and I'll say I wasnt disappointed at all. My son is a hard cut. He has ADHD so he moves alot. They did a wonderful job. Even washed his hair n gave him a towel on his face, which he loved.

Overall it was great experience. Veronica(Vee) cut my hair exactly how i wanted it(zero to a two with a high fade and a hard part on my right side). Outstanding customer service at the North Pointe location. I would highly recommend anyone to come visit this location. The shop has an amazing set up and is very clean. Last but not least great prices.

I came here for the first time earlier today and had my haircut with Bri. tl;dr - For me, the service was very good and I really liked it. I would come back again, but I would book an appointment online first next time, so I could skip the wait. I went with my aunt, and the person at the desk told us to sign in first at their kiosk because everyone currently had customers to attend to. The sign-in was quick and easy, and we sat down afterward to wait. After about thirty minutes, I was called up and sat down for my haircut. The stylist in charge of my hair was very accommodating, and we had a nice conversation while she cut. I told her I wanted a 4 on the sides, an inch or so off the front, a little off the top, and then tapered on the back. When she wasn't sure how I wanted a section cut specifically, she'd ask me how much more I wanted off, or if what I currently saw was fine to make sure it was alright. There was apparently a special deal for first-time customers, so I also got a hot towel and a hair wash done on a vibrating recliner after the cut. My stylist also told me that she used a tea tree shampoo for my specific hair type because it was coarse and a little dry in the back, so I thought that was very considerate of her. When it was all done, she dried my hair off, and we went to the front desk to pay. I would recommend to others because the place is overall very clean and the people are friendly. I'd suggest making an appointment online first though if you don't like waiting for too long.

AFTER A HARD WORK WEEK I TRY TO MAKE IT IN FOR A CUT THREE YEAR CUSTOMER ALOT IN PLEASANT HILL CA HARMONY WAS MY STYLIST OR BARBOR I SHOULD SAY BUT TODAY THIS YOUNG LADY COULDNT WAIT TO GET THREW WITH MY HAIRCUT I DID COME IN LATE BUT SO DID OTHER PEOPLE THAT DOESNT MEAN TREAT ME LIKE DIRT AND NOT ONCE IN MY YEARS OF COMING TO A SPORTS CLIPS WAS I EVER CHARGED FOR EXTRA LITTLE SHAVING MACHINE YOU GUYS HAVE NOT ONCE SHE TOLD ME IT WILL BE 5 DOLLARS EXTRA I SAID REALLY IVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED AT ALL FOR THAT IN MY YEARS THEN SHE LEFT MY GOAT WITH A LITTLE EXTRA SO I WANTED TO FIX IT SHE WOULDNT LET ME I WONDER WHY THE LADY 2 WEEKS PRIOR LET ME I DONT UNDERSTAND SO I RIPPED ALL THE THINGS OFF ME I WAS UPSET STILL WENT TO CASHIER WILLING TO PAY AND CAME HOME TO FIX MY OWN HAIR THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR A MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND CUT RIGHT. NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER JUST TRYING TO RUSH ME OUT THE DOOR BY THE WAY SHE WHERES TO MUCH JEWELRY AND PLAYS WITH HER OWN HAIR TO MUCH.
