A good and pleasant and professional establishment! although I was disappointed by like, the LITERAL wall between the gendered-ness of the establishment -- like, I saw the name on the internet and thought "how charming! a traditionally masculine idea, and a traditionally feminine idea, combined to make a snappy store name!" and then the "PISTONS" WERE ON THE LEFT AND THE "PEARLS" WERE ON THE RIGHT AND I WAS JUST LIKE... "damn, i already made the appointment, though..." i'm sure they're a very good establishment if you have high standards of grooming for yourself, but i don't! maybe if i want to dye my hair a wild color sometime soon, i'll go to them, but in the meantime supercuts is fine for me because i don't really need much for my own hair

In the end, i had a decent experience. The vibe I got was that the front desk/receptionist focuses more on the salon versus the barbershop element of it. That part aside, the two barbers were awesome! Hilarious and informative and really, really knowledgeable in both craft and industry. Id recommend them to any guy I know for sure. I can't comment on the salon since I was not there. There was a blonde stylist who was super nice and asked how I was doing and it felt sincere which is cool.

Terrible experience. Ignored when I walked in. And turned away despite having an appointment. Told they cannot highlight my hair because they didn't have enough time. However they did not offer any other slots. And I made an appt online for cut and dye. Owner was rude and condescending. Will never go back or recommend.

Coolest (not to mention the best) barbershop I have ever set foot in. Cost me $40 for a straight razor shave of my head (I go completely bald). They offer discounts to military members as well. Additionally they offer you a wide range of beverages when you walk in. And they even have this awesome, adorable, little dog that quietly chills in the shop! Seriously love this place.

Awesome environment! Free drink while you wait, excellent haircuts, complete with a hot towel shave to finish off your taper. They're a little pricey, but I keep going back, so it must be worth it!

I made an appointment for my husband to have a hair cut and hot shave on his birthday. I made the appointment online several weeks in advance and received an email confirmation immediately after I made the appointment and I received another email confirmation the day before his scheduled appointment. I told my husband about his surprise and we excitedly headed out to his appointment to kick off his birthday festivities. Needless to say we were shocked to find the shop closed when we arrived! There was a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day to go to a hair show. What the heck?! They left without even checking their appointment book for the day? They never even called or emailed us to cancel or reschedule. How insanely unprofessional and rude! Their haircuts might be ok but they are undermining themselves with their lack of business skills and common courtesy. So be forewarned, if you book an appointment with them, even if you confirm it TWICE, you still may get stood up.

I made sure to read some reviews before I went in for the cut. I didn't make appointment for Sarah,( I'm assuming she is the best according to reviews) so another lady was cutting my hair. What I showed her on the picture and what she did are two different things.I wasn't even sure if anything was done to my hair at all, other than washing/drying/ trimming. Meanwhile my friend was getting her haircut from another lady. Her hair also didn't look like anything she showed on the picture. For that price I would say it don't worth it. Although I've noticed that men's department is much much better. I could have gotten same cut at a cheap barbershop.

No appointment no chance . Took my 90 year old dad for a trim and was told to come back in two hours. Not worth the wait. But it would be a great place if you ride a Vespa and have a man bun.

As long as you make an appointment ahead of time, you'll be good to go. Sara did my hair the first time, and I loved it! I didn't really know what I wanted, just that I wanted layers and shorter hair. She went with it, and it worked out great. They also offer beverages and sell local art!
