Best barbershop in Hollywood no question. Have been going to Mikey for years and he always gives me the best cut! Squeezes me in when I have an emergency, and is always in a great mood. The shop is a great spot to come and chill, talk, and get a fresh cut. I’d rather wait months for Mikey than to let anyone else touch my hair. If you want the best cut in LA go to Mikey’s! All the barbers there are awesome..you can’t go wrong.

Stumbled across this place on the way home from a horrible experience down the street at another shop. I had been looking for a good barber to do my 2 year old son's hair (which can be challenging, I get it) since we moved here earlier in the year. It's easy to find barbershops in the area, but it's difficult to find a good barber who ENJOYS his art and genuinely cares about the customer. We walked in before closing and were happily greeted by the owner and the other barbers. Humberto gave my son a cut straight out of a magazine; he truly exceeded my expectations in every single way. Patient, quick, talented, friendly, - I can't say enough about him or this place. Don't bother with any other shop- this is the one you're looking for. Quality guys, quality service. Humberto has a customer now for many years to come =)

There is this one guy named Chris he cut me way to short it’s horrible!! These haircuts are not worth 25$ and they focus more on there phone than the person when they are cutting hair. Never go here

Hands down one of the best Barbershops in LA. Great service, great cut, great people. It is so hard to find a great barber to cut/groom/shape a bread correctly, trust goes a long way, but this hidden gem has them. Do yourself a favor, make an appointment head of time. Highly recommend this place.

First off I just want to say that this joint is the go to spot if your looking to get a great fade for a great price. I've been coming to this shop for over a year and I always look forward on getting a haircut here especially with grizzly and beto. My experience here is awesome I always feel welcomed here and my barber Grizzly always out does himself and goes above and beyond to deliver a great haircut. This shop in general has the best barbers in town and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best barbershops around. Happened to try them out a year ago when I was switching barbers and out of all the ones in the Hollywood area, this one was by far the best. Always humble people, chill vibe, and they were friendly with everybody who came in regular or not. They give damn good fades and tapers and run about $25 for those. They got a tiny parking lot in the back that is shared with other businesses so I'd recommend parking in the nearby laundromat if it's full, or street park. Other than that you will not regret coming here.

Follow Up- I found a a barbershop that has great vibes and won’t have to wait that grueling hour at Mikey’s. The Proper Babershop on 3rd is worth the commute, as you set an appointment up online, you walk in and out all within 30 minutes, no waiting around. Too many issues with the long waits at Mikey’s, even if you make an appointment, never went back after my incident, never will. One hr after waiting, they advised I see another barber doing cuts. I usually wait for one barber. That message should have been relayed at least as soon as I walked in, instead of having me wait an hr. When I make appointments it still takes as long. Great cuts, but after frequenting for about a year, I am in search of a new shop.
