As a multiple visit patron of the American Deluxe Barber, I can say that I have neither had the same barber twice, nor a bad haircut by any. While the haircut I get is a simple fade, plenty of other barber shops have proven to me that the haircut is apparently not hard to mess up or have last much more than a week. Never have I felt the barbers here were in a rush to get to the next person, even though the haircuts are about the same price as Exchange haircuts. The only thing that would stop me from going back is if I can get the wife to cut my hair anywhere near as well. The environment is designed after a garage, as is with many places around, however with air hoses for blowing off faces, 55 gallon drums as sinks, and toolboxes to hold hair cutting tools, it is easy to say this barber pulls it off very well.

Over all I live 30 minutes away from this barbershop and I make the drive every weekend because I refuse to get my haircut anywhere else!

Probably would have stopped the barber of I was facing the mirror ever. Now I have a new part with little hairs sticking up from my natural part. Good convo. Bad haircut.

It says open until 1100; however, I went in at 945 and was told they cpuldnt help me they close at 1000 now. The guys were on their phones sitting behind the desk. They showed little to no attention and said better luck next time after I asked if it was to late to get hair cut. Im military and will never recommend a Marine to this establishment ever again.

She put a hard part on the side of my head, not where my natural hairline is...at all...not even close. First chair to the left when you walk in. I needed a good shave because of plumbing problems I'd been having, so I went to All American to get clean. Although the individuals and establishment were very clean,the environment was very stiff and the staff, not too welcoming. The shave was uncomfortably dry and took a while, which is to be expected. However, my mustache, immediately after, was a half inch wider on one side. There was a good bit of stubble on my right cheek and a few spots on my chin and neck. I'd take a picture for you, but I immediately went home after, and shaved my face, again. The price for this amazing service? $20! Never again

American Deluxe Barbershop is absolutely amazing! I love the atmosphere and upbeat environment. But what I love most about this barbershop is ERIC THE KID! Eric ALWAYS does an amazing job on each and everyone of his clients. Eric’s finished product shows that he really loves what he does. He actually gives his time and effort with every cut and doesn’t rush everyone out. He’s a quality over quantity kind of guy. My boyfriend goes to Eric every week, and he has never failed to make his hair look so good. Eric is also a pleasure to be around, he’s hilarious and friendly! Eric will have you walking out of the shop laughing, there’s never a dull moment around him. Bottom line is Eric is the best barber at this shop. I've been getting my hair cut at this location for many years, and I have directed many of my friends and family members location on coast highway. In my experience the staff there is friendly knowledgeable and family oriented. There are many barbers to choose from at this location. When you find the best in the house you stick with it. For me that has been Eddie Marcias! He not only is truly knowledgeable as a barber, but he clearly the go to person at that location. Beyond the barbershop he is a devoted family man with an eye on the community in which he lived and works in. Once you go to this shop you'll be so happy you did!

Easily the best barbershop in Oceanside. There are a lot of options around here, but this barbershop has absolutely great barbers. We come in here every week, and my man gets his hair cut by Casey, Carrie, or Anthony, and they always do a fantastic job. And you can watch the game while you get your hair cut! We always come in on Saturday, at different times, and we've never had to wait in a line. It gets crowded on Sundays, but Saturdays are real easy, no wait.

This place has great barbers. Ive been going here for a year and half and never dissapointed in their work. I went here tonight and for some reason I was charged $35 for a simple taper fade and line up when ive gotten the SAME cut done for $13. ???? Great haircut but still kind of ridiculous.
