Tonya Westbrook is a outstanding barber!!!!! She's the first hair stylist we've EVER had that nailed our 9 year old hair. She took time and great care to give our son a haircut that looks great 3 weeks later instead of other places where it looked good for a few days. Really loved the feel of the place.

Never again. I spent 18 months growing my beard out that was at least 12 inches long last I measured. I spent 6 months trying to find a good quality place to trim my beard down. I SPECIFICALLY told this guy I wanted 1/3 of it cut and then we would go from there. I guess he found it necessary to use clippers the entire time and round cut the beard (when it was clearly to a point) and by the time he was done, I now have less than 2 inches of my beard left. Highly disappointed and will never be back. I easily could have clipped my beard with a 3 or 4 and done the same thing myself at home. Horrible job.

The barber I used before is no longer there so they assigned me to another barber named Biggs. He is an excellent barber. He took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted. I got the best fade I’ve ever had at the shop. I didn’t have time for a shave but I’ll be back next week so he can shape up my beard.

It was my first time in today but I know the staff from working at a neighboring storefront. Everything was clean. I'm pretty big on that. Staff was friendly and inviting. One of very few places that offer a straight razor shave. But foremost, it felt comfortable and I received a great haircut. I will be returning for sure.

Took my finacée here for The Works on his birthday and he absolutely LOVED the experience. They are by appointment only on the weekdays. The manager called me back since our barber had a family emergency a few days before our appointment and Tonya offered to fill in. We were so pleased and she definitely took amazing care of us! Fiancée felt so pampered and said it was the best haircut he's had. The works included shoe shine, straight razor shave, a little massage, hair cut and style. Would definitely recommend for any guy who just needs to be pampered. Plenty of parking outside.

Great experience! I have a new regular barber, after years of just going to random convenient places. The people really take their time and work to make everything perfect. You can tell they really enjoy their craft, and their work demonstrates that. The management seems to treat the employees very well, which just leads to an overall pleasing environment If you go in on a Saturday, there is more appointment needed. They are closed on Sunday, unfortunately. I really recommend this shop if you are looking for a new barbershop to call yours.

If i could give a zero star review i would. horrible atmosphere here. the people are pushy and completely rude. instead of trying to make someone comfortable with something as important as their hair, they peer pressure you and make you uncomfortable until you get the hair they suggest not the hair you want. literally RUINED my friends hair. he spent almost a year growing out long hair that he just wanted to frame his face and get out of his eyes and they CUT OFF THE ENTIRE BACK AND LEFT THE FRONT LONG??? how can you do that when someone expresses they want to keep length and get it out of their eyes? complete incompetency. they even tried to take a buzzer to his facial hair without his permission and he declined. a customer service job like cutting hair is all about listening and making your customers happy and confident with what you give them, instead these guys just take the wheel and do whatever they want with no regards to how you feel. i understand it’s a barber shop and not a salon, but if you can’t do anything other than short men’s hair cuts, don’t lie and pressure someone into a hair cut THEY DONT WANT. now instead of a positive experience my friend is completely heart broken. so yeah if you want to go in with months worth of hair and effort and get it chopped off against your OWN better judgement, go ahead! otherwise i’d start with suggesting anywhere else. very honestly displeased with this.

I travel a lot for work and am always looking for a local place to get a cut and shave. I had Tori cut my hair and she did a great job asking questions about my preferences and kept a conversation going to make me feel welcomed. Great bubbly personality. Tori did not have her barbers liscense so Ray did my beard and straight razor work. Very chill, nice guy. Got to talking about sports and he too made me feel very welcomed. He didn’t rush and took the time to make sure my beard was lined up to perfection. All in all it was a great experience. If you’re getting your beard trimmed and lined up I highly recommend the Deluxe. 2 hot towels and one cold towel left my face feeling Clean and refreshed. Looking forward to coming back here again the next time I’m in Little Rock.

Mohammed gave me a haircut and was very happy. Very polite, great service (plus a discount for first timers). 5 stars on my first visit so I returned for a beard trim and booked with Tyree since Mohammed was not available. Tyree does not only look but is bored of working. Small trim was the direction and he shaved half of my beard, unevenly, all in 10 minutes..! I felt bad I actually paid, will rethink if I want to come back when Mohammed is back.

After a negative experience last spring I was contacted relatively quickly by the owner in an attempt to rectify the problem. Owner was nice, courteous, and generally concerned. However, I live 4 hours away and frankly didn't have opportunity to re-visit the shop. Recently I learned that the young barber who's customer service was so bad, received more complaints and was dismissed from the shop. I have friends that live just down the street and they speak highly of the V's. I'm heading back thru Little Rock Thursday for the start of racing season at Oaklawn and plan on giving V's a second chance. I recommend you give them a try as well, They want to be the premier shop in central Arkansas.

I visited this shop for the first time a few days ago for a deluxe beard trim and neck shave. I was amazed. The shop was pristine and nicely decorated, the staff was very welcoming. Observing everybody as they left the shop, everyone there has amazing barber skills. Tonya took care of me and I cannot say a bad thing about anything I experienced. She did a GREAT job on the beard and helped me figure out what I wanted, and is an extremely nice person. I will be back and I hope Tonya is available when I go. :-)
