Agon styles my sons and my guy friends hair really nice. I request him every time I am in there. Never had a bad experience. As for the other employees, even though I never had a full experience with them, just watch them do their job, every customer they've had looks happy with their cut too. They are great with kids too! Plus i can explain a cut with pictures to Agon and he chops up a masterpeice!

Ive been going here all the time until the new mexican little blonde woman cut my hair. It was good but the way she treated me really irritated me, just because im not familiar with the sizes of the haircut. She even made my skin bleed when she shaved my hairline. So now im going to school with 3 little wound on my hairline because of what she did. And because of that I aint gonna come back anymore. And I dont recommend this shop if your easily irritated kind of person.

They did an AMAZING job on my 3 boys' hair. The line was long but we didnt have to wait too long. At first I wasn't too happy about paying $16 each for haircuts, kids price...but definitely worth the price! The barbers took their time and made sure their haircut was done perfect. My boys are going to look Great for school pictures. We will return again for the next haircuts!

Rude lady, did not have any conversation other than 'what do you want'. Knicked me atleast 5 times during fade. Cut my hair so terribly I lost over 4 inches of hair when I asked to take off an inch and a half tops. Upcharge for a terrible fade with 4-5 Knicks visible in the picture on back, left, and right side... I tipped her 6$ and regret it because my gf noticed all the Knicks I couldn't see. She was so rough and rolled her eyes when I said I didn't like the look she gave me.

I am very particular about my hair and who I let cut it. Every time I come in to Twins barbershop and ask for Eddie, I already know it's going to be a perfect cut to exactly fit my preference and have me feeling confident about myself for the next 2 weeks. This is not a regular barbershop who only does buzzcuts and line ups, while making you feel uncomfortable. This establishment is a very homey feeling environment, and has different barbers for different specialties in hairstyles(although they are all highly skilled with all styles). I would highly recommend Twins Barbershop to anybody looking for a confident haircut.

The lady who cut my hair was the rudest barber I have ever been to. (she had black hair, pale skin, glasses). No "Hello, how are you?" No greeting. Just sat me down, and said nothing for 10 minutes. She was clearly PISSED OFF. First words to me were, "Where do you usually go for your haircuts?" As if I instantly owed her my loyalty and business. "I live on the other side of the city," I reply. Awkward silence for another 5 minutes. Then she forcefully wrenches my head to one side, then back. The haircut actually was pretty decent, except for the fact that she didn't listen to me when I said I wanted it longer in the front, not the same length as everything else. It bothers me that now I have to wait for my hair to grow out before I can have someone fix it. When I brought it to her attention that I asked her to leave the front longer she says "I just touched it up." A bold faced lie, since she took at least an inch off. Admitting your mistakes and owning up to them is good customer service. You're supposed to say "Oh, I'm sorry, let me try and fix that." Or something to that effect. Not just deflecting blame. I'm sure the other barbers are good. And this lady skillwise was actually pretty good. But her attitude was horrible. And that lead to a bad customer experience. Wish I could give her name, but she never bothered to introduced herself.

Anahy is my barber and she is very nice, customer focused, and does a phenomenal job with my fade and my shave. Great prices too. New entry. My wife went with me last time. Was amazed as to how well anahy was able to do my hair perfectly. U want a hair cut, shave, fade, she is the best. Especially coming from my wife, she stated no way she could even do that.

Eddie is the best ever. The only reason it's is I just had my first bad cut but not from Eddie but 1 in 10 years is not bad and not enough for me to even consider straying. My 1 bad experience could have been I just came in close to closing time and hey we're all human Update Haven't had a bad cut since because i've been only going to Eddie I don't know what i'm going to do when he decides to stop.

I met Eddie when I was 22 years old. I am now 42 and never, not once, have I walked out of that shop with nothing less than a perfect hair cut. I have strayed a couple of times but not to see if the grass was greener on the other side but because I was on vacation both times. Las Vegas and once in Boston. Let me tell you --- the grass was not greener! I now make a point to have the grass trimmed before I go on vacation! Truly a top notch barbershop!
