I said to do whatever with my head hair, but keep the beard length. I was pretty clear on that, and my barber stood probably not even a foot away and confirmed they heard me. My beard is almost gone. I had my suspicions, but wasn't facing a mirror and assumed the clippers were set to a longer length. It took a long time to grow my beard out, and work through the patches. Will not be coming back.

I really like them overall, but if I'm honest its not perfect. Their specials are amazing, their morning and afternoon staff are amazing (I'm a regular of Michael always entertains always insightful) but the night staff in general has messed up my head a few times, different barbers at that. But that's no biggie it can be avoided by not coming at night. What I haven't been able to avoid are those DISGUSTING capes... Dude they attract hair like a magnet its thick incredibly itchy and just nasty. No matter how much the barbers try to brush the hair its just caked on there. That by itself is the biggest reason for my grade its like going to a 5 star buffet and seeing a family of roaches run across the floor, it just diminishes the experience. Please fix this and I'll happily improve my score

Solid. Organized, great vibe, good energy, and diverse. I was in there today. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name but the young bru from Trinidad was my barber. Only 3 months on the floor, but a complete professional. The cut was solid but the level of service was on top. I watched the other barbers push out cuts as well. As a former barber I recommend this shop for the traveler and local.

I’ve been coming here for over a year because it’s close by, today was the last day. There is no consistency here, every time I come here I hope I get a good hair cut. Expect to spend at least 2 hours sitting on the bench during the discount hours and maybe an hour and an half during regular hours hair cut included . There are a few great barbers, some seem to be beginners and they don’t cut well. This place gets good reviews because you can’t beat the price. That’s the only thing good about it. As far as the shop, it’s filthy. I got sliced by one of the barbers, was bleeding and he still charged me. That’s unacceptable. I gave this place too many chances and today was the last.

My favorite barbershop in the Easy Valley by far. I went it on a Sunday, and it seemed really busy. Luckily, I only ended up waiting about 15 minutes. Ozzy cut my hair and did an excellent job. He did a taper on the sides, comb over on top, and shaped my beard. He was very detailed, took his time, and took my feedback. I will definitely be returning. There hours and discounts are phenomenal as well. Thank you Sully's Barbershop.

Went to this place for the first time because they were the only place open at 6:00 AM. I will continue to go to this place because of the service I received. Great group of guys with a great attitude (even at 6 AM). For those men who complain that their hair was not styled properly: turn in your man card now. This has the great old time feel, where men can be men and just b.s. and get a good clean cut. You want a fancy style? Go to the hair salon with your sister. Thank you Michael for the great cut. He made sure that I got what I wanted and even showed me the clippers to ensure that it was the right length. This is my new place to get a hair cut.

I have nothing bad to say about the shop because they cut my husband's hair really good. What I didn't like was the fact that the guy at the first chair used the hair dryer to blow all the nasty ass hair all over my clothes and not only that I was wearing white pants and white shoes. I definitely didn't appreciate that, and not even an apology. Now I know not to go there at all. Thanks to that guy my husband didn't get his haircut. Have a great day

Love this place, honestly the wait times are worth it. If you're smart though call ahead and put your name on the board(doesn't mean you're next when you walk in, just means your place has been held in line), just remember they are only human and being nice goes a long way. If you're rude to them don't expect any favors.

Best barbershop, service and price in the Valley. I usually get my haircut and beard lined up by Forrest in the mornings. Tonight I needed a haircut last minute and I went to Sully's. The service was amazing!! ACE did a great job cutting my hair and lining up my beard.

My first visit to Sully's was a success. Got a haircut and beard trim from Keyon (not sure about the spelling). He did a fantastic job. I had an idea of what I wanted to look like, and he nailed it. I don't have much going on up top as far as hair goes, but he made my hairline look the best it's ever looked in years. I'll be back again for sure. There was a bit of a wait, but I had nowhere to be. It gave me a chance to observe and take in the vibe. Each of the 4 barbers had their own unique style of cutting hair, but the results were equally impressive. Usually when you go to a new barber, you hope that you don't end up with one particular barber. Not the case here. I can see why they have a steady flow of customers, and probably why they keep such late hours. Even though there was a line, I appreciated that the barbers did not rush. Whether it was a toddler or a grown man with a bushy beard, they took their time, and didn't cut corners. I also liked the old school style of facing the customer away from the mirror. Shows confidence. Trust the process. Also, I'm not a big small-talk guy, so I was relieved that there's no blanket policy to force chit chat on you while you're in the chair. That's not to say that everyone there wasn't friendly... just that they keep it comfortable for talkers and non-talkers alike. Check out my before and after photos. The before was taken 11 days earlier, so the beard was even more out of control. I feel like a new man.

this place is shady,, barbers giving friends cuts first , they cut in line, I will never come here again, I will take my money else where, also barbers taking extra money to get people seated, cutting in line again, very rude all of them, none if them know how to cut hair. very shady, because they all cut in line while I was there, waiting 3 hours, this happens alot at this barber shop. you get 0 stars from me, sometime you would call in to have your name on the board, I did that and showed up at the barber shop and they didnt put my name on the board to save my spot, this is the kids of people you deal with here, it's not worth the time and effort. no respect for the customer here!

Let me give a quick background so my point of view is clear. I normally just go to great clips once every 4 months or so, and do trimming at home. So, no, I don't like getting my hair cut often, partly due to not enjoying having a conversation while getting my hair cut. The barber's at Sully's are friendly and will definitely talk if you try to start a conversation, but I appreciate that they don't force a conversation on you. More importantly, for just a bit more than great clips price, Sully's gives great, original haircuts (I gave my barber minimal instruction and he came up with a great look) with meticulous attention to detail. The quality is much higher than the price. With that in mind, they are busy, so either call ahead or chose a time when you aren't in a hurry.

I have been taking my son for a simple hair cut at 6 am for about 3 months now and you cannot beat the price ($7.99 before 8 am) You have to get there when the doors open because if not you may have a 2+ hour wait. If you're not going to be there when the doors open call so your name can be placed on the board and so you have a shorter wait when you get there.

Always a great place for a haircut at extremely reasonable prices! With friendly, knowledgeable and competent staff!!! They have an early bird $7.99 haircut special from 6 AM to 8 AM and from 10 PM to Midnight it's still only $10.00!!! YES they are actually open that early and that late daily.... NOTE: Cash only as I do not believe they take credit or debit cards.

They still have their "8 before 8" and "10 after 10" promos every day of the week and for the quality of cut that I've received every time, it's an absolute steal. Also calling in to listen to instructions on how to reserve a spot in line is 10/10. Every. Single. Barber here is fantastic at what they do and just as well, every single one doesn't deal with bs, so don't be messing with the whiteboard too much. Protip: call in at least an hour ahead of time if you want to hold a spot in line.

Overall, great service and prices. A person can call and place their name on the board and save their spot "in line." The barbers are really good at looking at the board and following it. Only drawback is that at times, the barbers are not very friendly. Maybe it's due to back to back haircuts with little to no break. Next time, take the break and provide better customer service.

WARNING IF YOU HAVE A BEARD DO NOT GO HERE. I called, and asked in person if to make sure that they had experience trimming beards and they said they work with alot of beards. After getting home I realized there are huge chunks missing, enough so that when I went to get it fixed at a proper barbershop I lost over 2 years of growth. beard went from over a foot long to inches long because the barber had 0 idea what he was doing, absolutely butchered my beard and kept saying he knew what he was doing. I will definitely not be back here.

They REALLY are open from 6:00 - 12:00 am!! You can get a haircut at midnight!! That's unheard of! And they're the only place in town that does it, with extended hours like that. I've been cutting my hair here for months, never had a problem until tonight, came here for a haircut and asked for a simple fade with natural looking on top, everything was going just fine until she got to the ending with the razor, it seemed like she was trying to peel off my skin, I could feel that I would have razor burns but when I got home it wasn't just razor burns, she actually cut my neck in 2 spots, she didn't even use a cream or anything. Also left a weird spot on top that I can cover but really didn't expect this kind of service after coming here so many times.

NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN! First of all, I called to see how much a line-up would cost. Which was okay apparently. But when i asked if the shop was busy, the barber got an attitude and said, "if you gonna come, then come, im cutting hair here!" I disregarded this bad customer service and went anyway due to the need for a line-up. I told the barber i need an edge-up/line-up for my hairline and beard. he asked if i wanted the beard cut or not, i said no. he proceeded to cut it anyway and when i told him i was growing my beard out, only needed a line-up, he told me it was my fault for not being specific and then he didn't even fix it. i left the shop with sideburns that stop in the middle of my cheeks. I am not satisfied, and i will never be returning to this shop in my life.

This place treats your haircut like a piece of art, they truly go above and beyond to make the customer happy, even the ugly ones like me leaves this place feeling like a million bucks. You better know your sports or you just stay quiet. Told another barber to cut one of them. NOT EVEN ON THE LIST! Another guy walked in, shook hands then just sat down and started talking. we ALL noticed it!!! me a woman and her 2 kide left. Sully's is open early and closes late. You can get a cut for $10 between 10pm and midnight. I have been many times and never been dissatisfied. From 6am to 8am cuts are only 7.99! Cash only.

I went 2 days in a row and didn’t get a haircut either day. I went Sat&Sun. I called in advanced Sun and when I arrived there were still 10 ppl ahead of me. What I observed, during my few hours of waiting, is that 3/4 barbers there did 1-2 cuts THEN BREAKED WITH A FULL ROOM STILL WAITING. My advice, SMOKE A FAT BLUNT, CLEAR YOUR ENTIRE DAY SCHEDULE WHENEVER U PLAN 2 GO. You will need that kinda time and patience.

My husband and I have been coming here for quite sometime now because they are one of the highest rated and recommended barber shop. My husband's hair is always cut perfect and he's always called on time. Me on the other half every time I've come I have been skipped many times then someone finally decides to cut my hair.. (we always call in ahead of time) the last few times I got my hair cut it wasn't that bad.. a few mess ups but nothing to bad. But tonight was the worse honestly.. I was skipped yet again and what I asked for and showed pictures of to get (full head view of every angle) I did not get. Not even close.. My sides were a 7 maybe an 8. The picture I showed was a 4 to an under fade. I have a 2 on my sides now and tons of my longer hairs were missed.. I'm honestly hurt because every time I have gone I have a bad experience but my husband always has a great one.. its going to takes a lot of time to grow back out my sides now and it's all going to be uneven.. Honestly possibly the last time I go here..

Nice people BUT ALWAYS A LINE. There is one gentlemen there I really like to cut my hair. I GET UP AT 4am OR 5am together and HE HAS A LINE OUT THE DOOR. I am not waiting 2 hours anymore to get a hair cut from you. He won't taken appointments so I told him I am tiring of having to get up so early and I won't be coming back because he only works morning so this is the only time he has. The LINE aint worth it and I can find someone I like that does my hair.
