Just wanted to give a round of applause to Steve. He was very professional during my time in his business. I'm very picky on who cuts my kids hair (I have 5 kids)and not only did he answer the one million question my son had during the process. He stopped and put his ear down next to my son every time my son said anything and it was that way until the end. He never stopped showing what a true barber shop place should be about. Growing up as a kid I was able to tell my barber anything and he would listen and give me his best advice. I felt that same true professional and caring attention towards my son. But the best part of the whole process was when I got there I was quickie approached by a gentleman he said hi and ask me how he can help. I told him that my son needed a hair cut (6 months since his last one) and I didn't know this at the time but it was 5 minutes away from closing time. Well,I say about a hour later and almost all done with my sons hair is when I found out. He never once acted like he was in a rush or had anything else to do it was just him and my son talking. Much respect and a lifelong customer. I'll tell everyone who's ask about my sons hair where he got it and how family Oriented the establishment is. If your looking for a great fade or any type of haircut my advice is just Check that place out. I'm from Chicago and it's hard finding a good barber. Just glad I went to The Exec Room

After 6 months and a dozen or so mediocre haircuts, I finally found my barber here with Steve. Great conversation, knowledgeable about many things but most importantly, he listened and gave me the best cut I have gotten in a long time. Worth the 30 minute drive!!!!

Man Steve was great. He cut my 2 year old sons hair, I thought my son would put up sum kind of fight being this was his first hair cut. But Steve is a true professional because not only did he give him wonderful cut! my son was so comfortable he fell asleep while geting his cut. This is a major key because he's not afraid to go get cut in the future. Steve will be the only one cutting my boys head!!!

I reserved this review until i had a 2nd cutting and I have to say that Steve is the best barber I have seen in my 12 + years here in AZ. Ironically I lived by this shop 4 years ago and never been. It was a coincidence that my cousin moved into the place and was looking for a barber. I recommended they check out The Exec Room because it was walking distance. Little did I know they would be recommending Steve as their go-to barber. This man's motto is on point and I appreciate that I can book an appointment online, I can pay with a card, AND the cut is quick and clean. He is now who I am recommending to all my friends. We all know going to a barbershop can be an all day thing and I appreciate that he is breaking the "meta" as us gamers would say. I had my appointment for 10am, i was in the chair at 10:05 and out by 10:35.

Hands down Steve is the best in class. I met Steve at another local barbershop and I was tentative to go and get a haircut with a barber. In my past experiences I had been to a barbershop that refused to cut my hair because I was a girl. I swore I would never go to a barbershop again. One day I decided to give barbershops another chance and boy was I glad I did. I sat in Steve's chair and it changed everything for me. He is passionate about what he does and it is evident in the finished product. He is genuine and he truely cares about his customers and his craft. He is so accommodating and flexible. Overall he is such a genuine person and respectful. I remember that the first thing I asked him when I first met him was that if he was ok cutting a girl's hair. He was so surprised I asked him that question and I told him about my past experience. He not only apologized to me for having such a bad experience but he made it his personal mission to show that not all barbers are the same. It only took one time in his chair for me to be hooked. I've followed Steve to The Exec Room and he's created an environment that is appealing to the eye. It is a place we're the customer is the focus and the experience is all about you. I recommend Steve to anyone looking to for a barber.

I've been getting my haircut from Steve for the past 10 years and the The Exec Room is a 5 Star experience from the beginning to the end. Great location, the energy is great and a one of one setting. Go see my man, Steve. The atmosphere that has been created there is so chill and refreshing. Steve is a true professional in every sense of the word. I feel like I'm coming to see family, and even though we are choppin' it up, before I know it my cut is done so swiftly and precisely, I don't know how he does it. The Exec Room is a comfortable, cozy barber shop with executive style. The service is personal and professional. Its a one on one setting with just you and your barber in an open office environment. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a good barber, especially women who are looking for a nice natural (afro) haircut. As a woman, you can feel comfortable being in a barbershop without being surrounded by men. The location and setting is very upscale.
