I went in to get a simple cut, a skin low fade with a line-up. The barber I went to, y’all guy with slick back hair and tattoos, couldn’t even do that! For one, there was no fade! My head was 2 toned from black to shaved, second, he messed up my hairline! Thank god another barber got stepped up when I said I wasn’t satisfied with the cut, and got me to look halfway decent. On top of it all, they still made me pay full price even when their own barber couldn’t do a simple cut!! I will never return back here.

I went in there today and got the worst haircut ever! This was my second time going there. The first time a girl cut my hair and she did a way better job. The guy that cut my hair was middle aged. He DID NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR.

Absolutely love this barber shop! I have had my hair cut by every barber at least once & all have been so kind & comforting & GREAT at what they do! However, STEVE is absolutely AMAZING! He does the greatest job every time & wont let you leave his chair unless you love your new cut. Highly recommend this shop to anybody!

Went in to get a beard trim and lined. I told the woman to square it and directed her how i wanted it, but it was like i was speaking Chinese. She buzzed an area she denied trimming, making it uneven. She continued to leave one side lopsided and uneven. She had to call over her associate, Mike over to fix it. He made it to where i can bare it, but i wont be returning.

It was awful I said I want my bangs right below my eyebrow level he told me he could do that. But he ignored that and decided to give me no bangs and chopped off all my hair. WORST HAIRCUT EVER. I told him it was to short but he said and I quote “ I thought it would look better this way “

I came in today 6.17.19 to get a haircut. I asked for a fade on the sides and a trim on top. I should not have had my haircut by the young barber because he cut my hair way too short and didn't care when I wasn't happy with his work. Unprofessional. First time getting my haircut here and probably the last.

She took my hairline back on my line up and said every line up is suppose to be the same length as your eyebrows but she went way back and all they could do was give me a discount of $1 off a $19 fade.

I have been a customer for over 15 years . Started at the lake shore/baseline location and followed them to the McClintock/southern when they moved . Hands down the best hair cut in town. Treat yourself to a hot shave ! You will not regret it .

I accidentally posted this review on another of their shop location haha but I've been to all their locations and I love every one! But this is the review I posted on their yelp page also: The only barbershop I go to and take my husband to. Been going every week for over a year and they have the best barbers in AZ I trust with my hubby's hair. My husband has recently had surgery on both his legs so he is in a wheelchair. The compassion and kindness they showed to him both before and during his struggles have shown me that they are truly nice people and flexible barbers. They would cut my husband's hair from the wheelchair when they place it in near their machines. Overtime we walk inside we are received by a simple friendly hello. Their barber shops have a different vibe to them, and they never do us wrong and they always do a perfect job. Their prices are listed at the front when people walk in so I don't see why some people have a problem. It's a fair price to pay for the excellent services they provide. Everyone in there is awesome! Definitely recommend.

I been coming here for a while. Came here this morning as of 10/18/2018. There was only one barber and one other customer besides me. I was waiting for the barber to finish up with the customer for maybe about 15 minutes. when finished, another customer walks in and takes him next instead of me . I wasn't going to wait for another 20-30 minutes. I don't like being skipped especially when I'm next in line. I will not be coming here again.

I have had the distinct pleasure of receiving haircuts and shaves around the globe and I was delighted to stumble upon one of the finest establishments in my own back yard the other day. I sat down in LG's (Gracida's) last week to enjoy a shave and I must tell you that the shave I received was one of the best. The barber was attentive, smooth, and patient. My stubble is no joke and barbers are constantly amazed at these roots that grow from my face. Save yourself some doe and instead of hitting up V's check out LG's.

Honestly this place is horrible, terrible customer service. They did not listen to anything I said, an how I wanted my hair to be. The barber did it way to short. I posted a bad review the day that I got my hair cut. The owner posted underneath my comment an said call so we can solve the issue. I got my hair cut 6.17.19 I've been calling for almost 3 weeks an no one has answered the phone. I went into the shop but the young barber that was there said he couldn't help me to come back when the manager is there. Today is 7.3.19 I went in today to try to solve the issue like the owner wanted to but they refused to help. I talked to the young barber who did my hair on the phone, he was not polite, he was rude and saying he did not mess up and he knows how to do hair. Like WTF! What kind of customer service is that!! I just wanted my refund back because honestly this was the worst hair cut I've ever gotten. The guy kept trying to give me a hair cut free, I said no I just want my refund. My hair is already way to short. He kept refusing the refund. Their job is to make the customer happy and have good customer service. They we're AWFUL!! I would not recommend coming here. They have been ignoring me, I was supposed to get a call from the owner. Never got one, like I paid them for a hair cut and they messed up and they can't even give me my refund. Rip off!!

Requested a 6 on top, 3 on the sides - I was told towards the end that he is a “real barber” and doesn’t use clippers. So I got scissor finish. Ok, I accept they work in their own way, but I wish he could tell me this before he started, so I could go elsewhere.

LG and his barbers have been cutting my family's hair for over 12 years. I trust all their barbers and go to all of their 3 locations when we're in the area. All barbers are professional and cut your hair how you want it. The wait is never long and LG will even come in early or stay late if you give him notice. I took my son here for his first haircut. It's not somewhere that advertised as a kid place but LG, the owner, is great with kids and makes them feel like little MEN. It's awesome. That was 10 years ago. We still go there and to this day, LG cuts his hair. His entire crew is great and if they aren't, then I don't think he would allow them to work there. This place is professional and they all know how to cut a guys hair to make him look his best. I would recommend this barber shop to anyone that wants to look their best. LG can do any kind of cut too with any kind of hair. He is amazing. It's what he does and you can tell. The price is great too. Don't forget to tip! See you there.

Will never be going here again. I had to sit in 3 different chairs of 3 different barbers to get my hair corrected, and now I’m left with lines that are way too high, non existent side burns and it’s still not clean. I purchased a line up and a shave, and when I asked for the $10 back on the line up that had to be corrected 3 times the owner refused. Unbelievable.
