I’ve been coming to this barbershop for the past year. Each time Im sure to see CT! Best part about CT is that not only is he a great barber but he’s an even better guy. Each and every time he cuts my hair he always makes sure it looks perfect! Even when getting ready to leave if he notices something he can do to make it look better he does it. Every time seeing CT he remembers exactly what kind of a cut you like, what you were talking about last time, and genuinely interested in what you have going on in your life. My hair cut with Addison was one of the best hair cuts of my life although I think I was boring him with my conspiracy's but he took it all in with great care and understanding but my follow up hair cut (Not with Addison) was a reminder of the hair cuts I got from my Dad as a child.With about 25 years of Army life he Knew how to cut hair and it dint take more than 5 minuets to do it but It was not the look I was going for. But the great thing about hair is it usually grows back and with great care you can make it work for you. Love you Dad

Floyd’s has been by far the best barbershop that I have been to. It took a couple of barbers before I found the right one (CT) and I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else. CT has been the best barber that I have ever had. He takes his time and makes sure you leave with exactly what you wanted. The service was pretty good. The shave starts with two hot towels, one with water and then one with aloe vera, very nice. then a lather, didnt use a brush though (used hands), a shave, then a cold towel. the towels felt great. however, the shave itself left much to be desired. I was nicked twice, once per beauty mark, and had razor burn throughout the neck. there were a few hairs he missed at the edge of my bottom lip and the one sideburn was cut shorter than the other. the mustache trim was pretty good though

Best barbershop in Chandler. The music is really good ranging from punk, alternative, and hip hop. The decor is fun to look at with lots of pictures of famous musicians. All of the barbers were very detailed in their work. Highly recommend my boy Ryan for a great cut. Products are also excellent. Try the matte cream for a really good hold and matte finish.

So I've been going to Floyd's 99 for a couple years now and I've gone back and forth from the Ray & 101 location to the Ocotillo location because I've ended up making a good chunk of friends at each shop. Lately Destinee C. at the Ocotillo location has been cutting my hair and I have absolutely nothing but praise for her work. She is beyond kind and has always gone out of her way to make the hair cut as enjoyable as possible as well as being very conversational so that you don't just sit there awkwardly in silence with awful small talk. Destinee takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and that I ultimately love it which I could not ask for anything more from a hair stylist/barber. Floyd's 99 Barbershop on Ocotillo is a great shop and you definitely should ask for Destinee C. whenever you go in!

I'm giving this place two starts, but I may give them another chance. When I called to schedule an appointment I asked to be placed with a barber and that's when the receptionist said, "well this is a barbershop." I later found out they employee only one barber and a bunch of stylists. How is it a barbershop with one barber? I could have gone to Supercuts or Sport cuts if I wanted to be placed with a stylist. I felt that the haircut was rushed and not exactly what I hoped for. Also It really harms the first impression when the stylists gossip amongst each other the entire time. I think I may just stick with V's.

Highly recommend Floyd’s. I had a miscommunication with one of the stylists and ended up not getting the cut I wanted. It was a little uneven, but I called to let them know and they some to come in for free to fix it. Ryan cut my hair and it is by far one of if not the best fade I’ve ever gotten. Super nice guy and easy to have a conversation with which made the cut that much more enjoyable. He also explained how to get my hair to my desired style. Overall if you need a fade or any cut Ryan will leave you with results you’re happy with. He takes his time and makes sure it’s up to his standards. He made me feel confident about my cut.

Very convenient, love the ambiance and people. Can't beat this barbershop. !!!DO NOT GO HERE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would not recommend this place. I went in for the first time,girl at the front desk said it would be about a 20 min wait. Ok no problem. So I sat down. (Three barbers cutting hair). After 25 mins of waiting one of them gets done cleans up and walk out of shop to go buy ice scream next door. A mom with her son walks in they tell them to go ahead take a seat and it will take about 20mins. About 5 mins later another gentleman walks in sits down and waits. The barber that left came back in eating ice scream. She then chills in the back eating ice scream. So I'm thought ok no problem I'm next since I got there before the other two people, so I wait. Barber finishes eating ice scream. Then calls forward the gentleman that walks in after my self and the lady with her son. Barber girl looked like she new the guy. At this point I was not going to wait another second I got up and left I will never return to this. Even though I didn't get a hair. Very bad customer service. No one should be waiting 40+mins to get a hair cut when it not even very busy. And get skipped.

Discovered this new shop when I called to make an appointment with my regular stylist Lindsay (who's been doing my hair for years) and they said she had moved. After realizing "moved" actually meant "moved to a new location closer to me" I was ecstatic. Same Floyds 99 care and treatment, same great vibe, but in a much closer location to me.

This was hands down one of the worst hair cuts of my life. I live right up the street and I normally do sports clips and decided to give them a try. I was told a haircut was $24. I am very simply and do a #2 buzz all over and ask them to do a #1 on my beard. First off the lady doing my haircut smelled like complete cigarettes. She didn't really asked me how I liked things and after she starts trimming my beard she then asks/makes sure it is a #1. My #2 buzz is completely uneven and one side is lower than the other. My "detailed" beard trim that they charged me another $18 for was again missed in multiple areas. I came home and had to take 15 minutes to clean up my beard/hair. I had hair all over my neck and shirt. Overall the haircut cost $43 and it was horrible. I was there for 20 minutes and had to spend 15 minutes cleaning it up at home. I wouldn't recommend this to any even if it was half the price.

Upon arrival myself and my 2 sons were checked in right away. My youngest was first (6yrs) he received a great cut & got candy which he replied with a hug to barber. The 2nd was my oldest son (13yrs) to the barber Franky were I instructed a razor fade. I was seated with Stephanie next were I instructed razor fade as well, my experience with her was pleasant I had good conversation going with another client about football & sports next to me were the Barbers faced us together (most enjoyable) Stephanie even turned my chair to check my boys cuts. 1st son looked great but 2nd son was not as instructed . 2nd son was same cut as myself and mine came out fantastic so I had Stephanie fix Frankie cut since she can do very well & listen to instruction. Frankie must found it insulting to have someone else fix his work & come to me find out what he did wrong when its obvious the man can't listen as good as others. Thankfully Stephanie saved the day with class and style. Thank you for my wonderful experience Stephanie.
