I have natural curly hair which is not easy to cut but within the last couple years my curl was just turning to frizz. I thought I would try a new place and o am very glad o did. The haircut I received has given me my curls back not only that but I was also shown how to fix my hair. I'm very happy with my haircut.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to get a hair cut from this guy who looked obviously tired of his job and let him chop my head up. When I left out of there I had one side of my head cut and the other side looked like he didnt even cut it. I had to go to the great clips on the other side of the building as soon as I walked out. When a stylist asks you what the hell happened to your head, that's the biggest red flag on my opinion. I'll never trust another sport clips because of this experience. I dont care if the rest of the people working there know what they are doing or not.

Place is always jam packed. Sport Clips is okay as a company, but it's never worth the ridiculous wait times this place has. As a result, I haven't been able to go back in a long time, even though I have tried on several occasions. I want to like this Sport Clips, but the fact that it's always packed by the time I get there is discouraging.

It's fine. It's a salon more than a barber shop. They have people that can cut all types of hair. 4 stars because only half the barbers know how to cut a kids hair and I got one that did not.

We love how patient they are with our 2 year old and the quality of the haircut every time! We’ve been taken care of by the associate manager both times and there’s no question as to why they call him “the chill factor”. His calm demeanor makes toddler haircuts a breeze!

My favorite hair stylist is Jackie. Ever since Jackie's been cutting my hair, I get more compliments at work on my hair cut. I like the fact that hey have a large TV in the waiting area. They provide great customer service. They are fast, efficient, and don't just shear you.

The only reason i gave them one star is bc they have bad customer service the lady that cut my bangs was nice at first but she didn't listen i told her i wanted to keep my length on the left side and just add more bangs on the right that's all i wanted but she explained to me about a tapered look i agreed bc i didn't know what it was so she just started cutting it's ok to get upset when someone messed up your bangs i wasn't being rude to her i just told her " this isn't what i wanted you cutt them too short" she had a bad attitude and told me to leave and not pay anything at the front desk i was gonna pay anyways and give her a tip just for trying her best bc were human no one is perfect but she told me " it's ok you can leave" i was very upset for how i was treated for anyone that wants a nice haircut go to Hairplay Salon they are the best i truly recommend them they have way better Service and they listen to you and very nice and respectful people unlike this place

It was a long wait but we checked in online beforehand so it made waiting in the actual facility a lot shorter. Jay was amazing with my 3 year old. He made sure my son was comfortable, made conversation, and was detailed with his cut. I’m extremely happy with the cut and our experience! ❤️

First off, let me start by saying the service is great. Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the ridiculous wait time. If you want a haircut, make sure you check in online before going in otherwise you'll have to wait close to an hour. Prices are pretty steep too, but if you get everything they offer, it's worth it.

I had a great experience and a great haircut by Morgan. The hair cut was on point and she was very attentive to my requests, it's was the best fade I've had yet!!! Morgan was also very personable, normally hair cuts feel like torture due to the lack of conversation, but she kept it very upbeat and was truly involved in our talks. I would recommend Sport Clips, and especially Morgan to all my friends and family!!!

Overall, I would rate my haircut 3/5 stars. The guy cutting my hair was very friendly, but it was obvious he was in a rush. When I got home I noticed the cut around my ears was very uneven. Everything else was okay.

I only went here because my usual place had over an hour wait and I needed it ASAP. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they want to watch A BUNCH of televisions blasting sports shows and get an overpriced haircut. My hair stylist there was a woman with purple hair who couldn't help but throw a few antisemitic remarks towards me (I wasn't aware that I give off that vibe?) in the hopes of some comedic bond. I couldn't help but roll my eyes until I could get out of there.

This is mainly for men and boys, but I have gone there for a trim. ( I'm a lady with shoulder length hair) no curling irons etc , but good just for a trim. Usually the game is on, decor very male oriented

I've gone here a few times, the service is hit or miss for me. The staffs nice, the place is clean and it's normally not to hard to get in. They also have a set up before hand appointment via online if you like.

Always high wait times. They need to give their team proper hours and not be afraid to overpay them. Often I take a number at an hour wait, then walk to a couple nearby places and get it there for cheaper. I will always come here if there is no wait.

I may have to find a new place that doesn’t have such long wait times with so many screaming little brats! Seriously, who takes their child to a place like this? Yes please... I would like to get a MVP so I can relax. Oh wait, screaming kids ARE NOT relaxing at all. Their slogan should Sport Clips where it is great to be a parent.

Wanted to give them a second chance with my son's hair, maybe the stylist was having a bad day, so we went back. Explained that the last cut was terrible, you could actually see the line where the hair was cut. (I had photos) There was no blending at all. So, this time the stylist took offence, was rough on my 8 yr old son, he has a razor burned neck, and I can still see the steps in cutting in his hair, there is no blending at all. You would think that a "men's hair salon", could do a little boys' hair cut and act professionally. I will definitely not be going back, or recommend to anyone. Apparently I can do better than a "cosmetology trained" stylist. Thanks to my handy clippers at home.

When my regular salon failed me with my boys haircuts ( made an appointment and yet they had no one there to cut my boys hair) this place managed to fix my sour mood. Not only did they take my boys as walk ins , they also gave them amazing haircuts that they loved. I will be going back here, my boys would have it no other way. I believe our stylist was Kate.

I just went in and had my hair cut by Christina and honestly it is the best haircut I have ever received in my entire life. She was very patient and understanding and helped me figure out exactly how I wanted my hair to look. No other hair stylist I have been to has really seemed to care about how happy I was with the cut, but Christina checked up with me after each step to make sure we were going in a direction I was comfortable with. She taught me how to style the cut and recommended a product that could meet my very high standards. I'll be returning to this establishment and to this stylist for as long as I live in Anchorage.

Waited for 45 minutes as they cut hair for a family with 5 kids. My spouse was next to have his hair cut, when they completely skipped him and called the next person. Learn to go in order. A waste or time and no get will not return. Don't waste your time on these mediocre hair cuts.
