My boyfriend had been in twice now to see two different people, and both times they completely ignored what he asked for them not to do. He asked them to Not cut his cowlick, bring the fade to a specific height (which was specified), and to have a certain length at the top ( which again, was specified. BOTH TIMES he was ignored on all three points and on top of that, only one of his sideburns were trimmed and he had to fix it at home. He might as well have walked in and said “do whatever you want”. Please listen to your customer

I'm so glad I found Rick's barbershop. This place is the real deal. If you're looking for a classic barbershop this is it. Rick is incredibly humble and welcoming. If you want a classic, clean cut the Matsu barbershop is the place to go. I walked in and was immediately greeted, sat down and was getting my hair cut within two minutes of entry. This may sound crazy but we had a conversation the entire time, no tv just good conversation. You really feel like a person and not just another $20 bill unlike a certain other barbershop here in the valley. You actually feel like tipping here!
