BEST BARBER SHOP IN ANCHORAGE. NUMBER ONE. PLACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN, AND VERY WELCOMING. THE GUYS THAT WORK THERE HAVE THIS SENSE OF WELCOMING SMILE, AND EVENTHOUGH THEY SPEAK SPANISH ALOT BUT I LOVE IT. THEY SO KIND AND MAKE EVERYONE FEEL LIKE FAMILY. I waited about 30 minutes after opening hours to be told - after I asked the two barbers who were there - that I would have to wait for other barbers to arrive to cut my hair. Sorry guys I don't get it - you are open - two barbers there - no service? What kind of business is this? So, if you need a haircut drive to Northern Lights Barber Shop - that's what I did - great and fast service and no confusion - they know what business they are in.

This is a great barbershop its clean good location the only complaint that I would have is the customer service. I mean they spend a lot of time talking to eachother they would stop and talk while they cut hair. I don't know about recently haven been here in a while. but Iam sure its not hard to cut and talk but none the less great shop

Unique environment with lots of talent. It's like a little hidden gem. My boyfriend is Dominican and gets his hair cut here regularly. They nail it every time. I have had my half shaved head faded here and will now be going regularly as well.
