Real smart place, top notch service. Tells me over the phone to "look it up", when asking how many barbers they have and how long you've been cutting hair. General questions can't be asked without you catching an attitude towards someone who inquires before they go somewhere? I would give a 0 for the customer service alone.

I was in this morning.. the guy cutting my hair was on a video chat and talking to a co working left my beard uneven with massive razor burn on my neck and face... all this right before an interview...I was very dissatisfied with this place

I've Been coming to genesis for a year, i'm limited to coming in on Saturdays, half the time the doors locked when they should be open. they've lost my business. the worst part is they know me, and they let some other person in after they saw me come to the door. must be because i'm white. Whatever, I've seen better fades at great clips.

I've went here twice and here I am thinking thus barber Yari is a good barber the whole time I have went in I noticed last week she has been pushing my edge back further and further to add insult to injury I've even tip her for this pitiful haircut 30.00 is a bit much to have a barber cut your hair that's HIGH all the time and doesn't deny it I have a good idea to report this barbershop!!!!!

I have had a difficult time bringing my son to get his hair cut. He has Down Syndrome and is nonverbal and not everyone does well with that. The barber that cut my sons hair(Luis?)was amazing! He was so patient and did an amazing job!!!

Great barber that does quality cuts. The only downside is the price. 30$ is way to much for a basic haircut if your not getting beard trim ect. They should post their prices up inside/online and have different prices for different services.

Been coming to this Place for almost 10 years.. Yes the wait time is Long yet It’s worth it . The Customer Service is Great here (If it wasn’t .. trust me My Two boys n Fiancé wouldn’t be going here ) My Fiance , Son(s) , & brothers Always calls in Advance to set a Time To Come In .. soo we won’t have to wait that long . So If you complain bout the Wait time ? try Calling first .. It Helps ! My Son Always got Hair cut from Yoba when we first started coming.. Then When NUNI Started .. He Became our Go To Barber .. & i must admit .. His Work is FIRE

Not the place for a regular guy looking for a simple haircut. $35 to get my sides shaved down to a 2 and a beard trim to a 2. They only take cash. But for $2.50 you can use their in house atm.

Went for cuts yesterday paid almost a bill for 3 heads been coming here a while now I have an undercut when it came time for mine I asked Bernard to make sure my part was straight he said it was but it wasn't and went to cutting when I complained he got to talking about how he doesn't fix basic cuts wit designs so I have to wait til this mess grows in if I want it fixed for free POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE will be finding a new barber.

I'm a white guy who's been going to Salons my 27 years of life. I'm a barber guy now.... I thought I'd give it a shot, and I got linked up with Yari within 3 minutes of just walking in on a Sunday (I understand I got lucky lol). Super chill vibes. Lots of Spanish (most employees speak it), sports on big screen TV's, and PRECISION. My appointment took about 30-45 minutes, but I can honestly say I've never felt cleaner, fresher, more stylish, you name it. 12/10 I will be going to Yari for as long as I can.
