I have been going to Franklin St. Barber for years. Always pleasant, always a good job. Sometimes by late PM due to prior patrons being a few minutes late there can be a 10-15 minute time lag for an appointment. Worth the wait.

I was told I could get a haircut, then after I waited for 25 minutes, she said she was taking her appointment of two people. She said she told me she was booked all day (that statement wasn't directed at me). Doesn't respect walk-ins, and I'm glad it didn't work out, because I don't want to give business to someone who disrespects potential customers' time that way.

Great haircuts! The staff is super friendly and know what they are doing. It's a little expensive, around $19, but that's the same everywhere you go in Juneau. I'd definitely return when if I get back in Juneau

Mindy is always wonderful, a great chat and always makes sure you are 100% happy with your cut. I love being able to get a barber cut, at a barber price with an appointment. I don't have to waste 2 hours of my day waiting. I'm not sure what that other person's problem is, but I'm guessing it's not genuine due to hiding their name.
