I quit going to chain haircutting places. You never know what you are going to get when you go to one. Taylor's barber shop is home owned and my go to for a great man's haircut. They know what they are doing. Reasonably priced. I have never been disappointed.

First time here, from out of town. There were about 6 folks waiting for other barbers, but a few were still available so I didn't wait at all. Got a great haircut and on a whim got a straight razor shave for the first time. It was a great experience from a gentleman that is obviously great at his profession. No cuts, no razor burn, just the best shave I've ever had. The place looks like a clean, professionally run shop, and almost everyone that walked in was greeted by name. All of these gentlemen obviously take their work seriously and have a good relationship with the community. I wish there was a barbershop like this where I live, but the next time I'm in Huntsville, I know I'll come back here.

You really can’t go wrong with either Brandon, Robert, Mike, Ollie Jr., Ollie Sr., Caleb, or Bobby. All great barbers. Come by and get a great haircut and a straight razor shave...and enjoy great company.

Absolutely best barbershop in town, as far as I'm concerned. Great atmosphere and hair cut, with minimal wait, if any. Wearing a flattop, in the Army every reassignment, I had to search for a barber who can cut a good flattop. I found several at Taylor's about 16 years ago, including my barber Brandon Stone. My flattop is always perfect when I get out of his chair. I never go anywhere else, nor will I.

I have lived in the Huntsville area for almost 7 years and have been to many places. I find someone that sort of knows how to cut hair, yet it is never consistent. I started to give other places a try and one by one, it just never seemed right, wrong cut, inconsistent, or just plain wrong. Once again, I searched the web and noticed Taylor's Barber Shop and decided to give them a try. When I arrived, I was fortunate to be called back by Ollie Jr. and I explained my struggles and how I have been searching for that right place. Ollie explained, in detail, took photos, showed me, asked for feedback, and was patient enough to work with me and my hair. Not only did he explain and show me why, he also gave me advice and suggestions. I came home and my wife loved it! She knows how picky I am so to hear her say such and see her smile was a plus!

I was recommended this barber shop by a friend. I asked for a mid skin fade with a hard part, which is my normal hair cut. The gentleman cutting my hair only gave me a fade, not skin fade, and cut the part in my hair straight up my head and did not follow the contour of my natural part and also cut it in the shape of a rainbow. Due to him not showing me until after he had done so there was nothing that could be done. I called and spoke with Ollie Taylor Jr. who understood the was nothing that could be done and did not make me pay for the cut. Very professional individuals but I will not return for another haircut.

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! Brandon is AWESOME! My little boy has got some pretty good haircuts from other places before but very very few times. If you go to Brandon you can nearly count on a GREAT cut. He's very thorough and gets him good and trimmed up around the edges and has him looking sharp! Brandon has now started cutting my 1 year olds hair too. Don't waste your time with these $5 -$7 walk in places you get what you pay for a lot of times.
