Do not go here! Smelled like cigarettes and there was garbage and hair all over the floor. Asked me how long it had been since I got a hair cut and proceeded to cut the top with clippers I didnt even tell him to. Pretty much did what he wanted to do

When Frank asked, "How long has it been since you had a cut?" That was a WARNING. I asked that he REMOVE about 1/2". Rather, he used clippers and LEFT 1/4". Good conversation about his former carrer in X-Ray, ect tho. I won't be back. Nice guys tho

I walked in, turned around and left. Garbage piled up against the back wall, white neck collars and hair laying every where. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Filthy is an understatement. Not sure if the health department has anything to do with barber shops but if so, they need to pay that place a visit.

I was a little overdue. Came in off the street and was seen right away. Friendly, professional service and it has the old barber shop feel to it. Excellent cut for a great price and a bit of professional grooming advice thrown in for good measure. Extremely pleased.

If I could give 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE experience. Frank is rude, unprofessional and gave my kids the WORST haircut I’ve ever seen!!!! When I told him I wasn’t satisfied, he proceeded to talk about me and my mother- this is the first time we’ve ever met so he doesn’t even know us. He does not deserve to be in business in Oneonta... or anywhere else for that matter.
