Do yourself a favor: Go somewhere else. Read this again: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If money matters to you. If time matters to you. If you would rather deal with making money than have your service provider get in your way, then: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There is not enough space to explain what these people will do to your business once you are caught in their web of broken promises, double speak, and layers of bureaucracy. If you are looking for a service bureau, understand that these people are bureau; not service. Their low fees are enticing, but they will make you pay the price for dealing with someone with low fees. The building is full of people that behave more like a very friendly license branch than people that have any understanding of what a business actually is. If you eventually ask to speak to the owner because you cannot suffer any more damage that these bureaucrats can dole out, you will be ignored again and again. Find another service, even if it is at ten times the price.

I have been a very satisfied customer for several years now. They are by far the most cost efficient service to use if you are running an LLC outside of Wyoming. Where other firms charge excessive fees for the exact same service to include charging extra if you would like to have mail scanned and sent to you, Wyoming Registered Agent Services includes scanning of mail at no extra charge. If you need your hand held then perhaps these are not the folks for you, and looking at some of the bad reviews they have received, I suspect that these reviewers fall into the "I can't follow simple online instructions" category. Bottom line, highly recommended for any online entrepreneur seeking a Wyoming LLC for their business

This company is great. Formed the LLC so my name isn't on file, provide a registered agent service for only $25/year, and then I also selected a mail forwarding service (optional, and they do offer a free one). That gives you a unique business address which makes it easier to open up a bank account. Customer service is fantastic, they will answers calls and emails within a day, and their user portal is very user-friendly and allows you to see what services you are enrolled in (like mail forwarding). Can't recommend enough. Will use again in the future for other LLCs.

I'm on my second go around with Wyoming Registered Agent Services. That should tell you something. They are fast, friendly and inexpensive. If I have a question, they have an answer, and it's usually right on the phone or worst case the next day if I call or email after hours. And there's a bonus, Wyoming is just as good as Nevada or Delaware, maybe better. Tax incentives and great people. - DB

Not bad shock, but the good kind. 12 hours after my payment and submission I just got my LLC paperwork in hand - I am so excited I printed them on sight. To be honest I stalked the Secretary of State's website to make sure the documents are legit (sorry). I was sceptical about using your service, it seemed too good to be true, price and timeline wise. I read your reviews, and they seemed too good to be true too. However I am over 8000 miles away right now and had no way of validating you. The whole time you were silent I was thinking "Have I been scammed?" - I even called to just make sure, you do exist (I was supposed to do so before payment I know). All in all for 12 hours I could not breathe, then I got my paperwork. You are real.
