Refused to make change for me because I am not a customer. Doesn't sound very neighborly to me...The Loaf n Jug that used to be there would make change for me. They weren't even a bank.

Opened an account and did not use it for a year. Was not made aware of a “dormant” fee at time of sign up or via email. They basically just stole our checking account money. This credit union is just a terrible as other banks. No apologies offered of course.
