This pawn shop in wood bridge Virginia is the BEST pawn shop around! They always pay me the most for my stuff and I always leave there laughing! Funny, nice people work there and they give you the cash fast! Also I have bought some stuff there and they have great eels on EVERYTHING! Guitars, tools, jewelry, everything!

I had such an amazing experience here, me and my fiancé bought my engagement ring here and got an amazing deal! they cleaned and boxed it for us and we put it on loan and they were so nice about the loan even if we were a day late they are flexible and will work with you. They are very nice and professional, they have a great selection of jewelry and very reasonable prices. My husband and I have bought may things from the, including our wedding rings, designed handbags, and electronics. The sure thing is that we are happy with all of our experiences. Pam and Auther, are great people and can't wait to see them again next time we stop by, as we usually just stop by every now and then just to see whats new. The store in general is very organized and clean.

When I was reading all the reviews I though that was the right place to sell my watches , but when I went there , they told me they gonna pay me $500 for a brand new Montblanc watch that actually costs $3400 , I don’t think that’s the right place to go to . It was a Waste of time.

Pam is the best!! Puts a smile on my face every time I walk in. If your looking for something that sparkles but doesn’t brake the bank SHOP HERE!! There selection of Jewlery and watches are spectacular. I have purchased several electronics from tv’s to video game consoles that work as if they were purchased new. I’ve always had Pam help handle my transactions. She’s been the most patient and kind individual I’ve delt with in a customer service setting. Definitely knows her stuff! We all know we have items that just lay around the house from, iPads to purses, and this is the place to sell. I’ve gotten top dollar with a quick in and out. No pressure to buy or sell items either which is nice. This is my preferred place before shopping for items new in store.

I bought 2 big gold items here and will go back for more. I use to think customer service was dead in this country but not in this place, it's alive and thriving. They offered me a fair loan on my guitar, violin and ring. BUT... the pawn is for only a month (they do give a small grace period though) and they get you with a "storage" fee. On a ring? Give me a break! But I did not try to negotiate out of this. Next time I will try. (Small loans can add up real quick because of this fee). I would recommend them because the guys where professional, I am going back to maybe buy some stuff, and will write another review after that experience. I have borrowed from them for about a year off and on. 2012-2013. Not good for small loans. Always negotiate on any loan or purchase no matter where you go!!

I love shopping at pawns. This is one of two pawn shops I regularly visit in this area. Not only is their selection huge for just about anything and the prices competitive, but unlike online shopping, they offer some great services. I also love that you can earn points for in-store credit on purchases. The staff is an eclectic and fun group, headed by owner, Mark. All will work with you on buying and selling. If you see a blonde blur dashing around behind the counter and mumbling to herself, that would be Pam. Always busy, she has loyal customers who don't hesitate to call or come in just to work with her. If you're there for longer than 10 minutes expect to hear, "Pam - phone!" several times. A big shout out to her for going WAY above and beyond by providing exceptional service on my latest purchase.

Best pawn shop in VA. They have a lot to choose from and prices are reasonable. Whet it comes to a loan or a sale they always give the best price in the area. So I just stopped going to other stores - there is no point. The stuff I bought from them works perfectly (Xbox 360. Xbox One, Paslode framing gun). The stuff is always polite and patient. Pam is the best.

I am from Maryland and heard about Pawn USA from a close family member and decided to finally go. I went for the first time a couple weeks ago and was completely surprised about how clean and organized it was! Definitely not the stereotype everyone makes it out to be. I wasn’t too familiar with pawn shops, but had a great time while I visited! The employees are great to work with and take their time showing you anything you would like look at. Once I had a chance to loop around the huge store I saw all the great "bling!!" that was displayed. One of their employees Pam, helped me out and spent time explaining and showing me jewelry – and I ended up purchasing a diamond pendant for a crazy low price too! I will be back and recommend this place for anyone in the area or even out of town!

My only suggestion would be letting people know more info when pawning items. We almost lost an item because unlike most shops that give you three months, Pawn USA Woodbridge only gives you one.
