Great bank, no hidden fees or charges like some bigger banks. Helpful people. Have had an account here for years and never a problem. They even called me while I was on vacation out of town to make sure it was me using the debit card and not someone else. Could not be happier!

Tried to deposit my Christmas bonus, but because it's post dated for the following day they won't take it till the following day. Ok it's after 2pm which most banks will credit your account same day if before 2pm and if after then it gets credited to your account the following business day which would be the day my check is available to go anywhere and cash.

I'm not sure what's going on administrative wise at the Radford location, but this place has been nothing but problems for me and my family. I love National Bank, I've been with them for almost a decade now with both personal and business accounts. Every single interaction with the Radford office for us has been problematic. It seems like every time we interact with them there is a "problem" or some sort of blockage. I have to go to other branches to resolve even simple matters. In short, National Bank is a great bank to do business with, but their Radford branch needs a serious overhaul.
