While making a transaction at another branch I asked the teller if they are ready for the 4th of July? I pointed out to her there several flags from other countries but no American flag. She stated they were told not to display the American flag. What a shame! Update: I called corporate office and asked about the flags. The lady responded in an e-mail that it was because of a promotion at the branches which was the reason for the other flags and not the American Flag. I wish she would have told her staff that because they had no idea what she was talking about. What an outright lie!! I guess its no problem offending Americans

I wish I could give zero stars. 1-star is not very truthful. Terrible customer service. They just don’t care which is unfortunate but true. Switched all accounts to Chase and am much happier and better serviced there. They would never let you fall through the cracks like Zion’s. Too bad.

The wait here was ridiculous. I had to wait an extra 20 mins because only two of the six people behind the counter would assist the 5 waiting customers. One teller sat and spoke with a woman about their nails and yoga class for 25 mins while she was cashing her check.

I went here during the spring on a tour which they do upon request, and the view from their conference rooms on the 18th floor is absolutely amazing! One of the most satisfying things about this building is that, unlike a landslide majority of skyscrapers in the US, this one counts the 13th floor.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have had to fight for 4 months for them to close out an account. They had no idea they have a 3rd party that takes care of online bill pay. Zero communication between departments and branches. Don't bank with this bank unless you want to fight with them to close accounts.

Midvale office is so rude. I was asked if there was anything else she could help me with and I told her I would like an apology for her rudeness. The lady told me she was closing my account because she doesn't feel I need an apology and told me that I didn't understand how to bank!!!?? Do not bank with Zions. I have had nothing but problems.

Horrible customer service response time, I tried calling the headquarters for some help with an issue and in the seven times I've tried calling I've only gotten through once to an actual person. My wait times got to nearly ten minutes each time. Horrible horrible service

Dear Zions Bank, I hate you. Thank you for robbing me of MY $50. I know it's not much but it was MY money. Maybe if your incompetent customer service staff could change an address without requiring 7,000 personal questions, fingerprints, an eye scan, and a rectal probe I would have known that my account went "dormant". Arrest Warrant for credit card dept - only at Zions Bank When I signed up of the credit card with zions failed to inform me that if I was not able to make payment I would GO TO JAIL. Yes a arrest warrant was issued ( Arizona Superior Court Case T20111881 ) and Virginia (“Ginger”) Smith | EVP, Deputy General Counsel, said too bad.

You hairy neighbors of a taint may ingest a satchel of Richards. For months you have been hitting me with BS fees and been underhanded. Almost every night I will have several thousand dollars in deposits. I will also have a couple thousand of payments coming out. You will hit my account with all of the payments, putting me into the negative, then immediately put my deposits in. Over the last few months you have hit me with several thousand in insufficient funds fees. It's super awesome when there are 15+ payments coming out so you hit me with 3-500 in fees in one drop. How about you worthless Richard gobblers put my deposits through first, then my payments. Oh, that's right, because you like screwing the ones keeping you in business.

They are always nice and very helpful at the city creek branch. I won't give 5 stars because it should be opened on Saturdays, at least until noon, to provide services to those clients who can't go to the branch during the week due to work schedule.
