Awful rates and cut throat fees for a bank branch. The manager was super arrogant about cheaper rates their competitors offer. Avoid them like the plague!

Do not use this service. Before you exchange currency, check rates with Zions and other local banks; Travel X's exchange rate is way less favorable and they do not offer refunds. If you are traveling abroad, it makes a lot more sense just to use a credit card. Furthermore, they didn't even input my info correctly. Don't use travelX

I have used them many times. They are very reliable and helpful. They have been able to help me with some currencies that other banks cannot provide.

Horrible experience. The exchange rates are extremely unfavorable. The rep who helped me told me if i changed my mind about the card i could come in and get my money back. 3 days later i decided to go with a different card so i decided to get my money back. I put in $3000 and she tried giving me back $2340. Stay away from travelex!

Helpful people but the exchange rate was awful and the fees were much higher than at the airport. Do not recommend. Go anywhere else.
