I'm selling a home and the buyer used Liberty as their lender. I was trying to help push the process along because I wanted my home sold, but Liberty gave us the biggest runaround, never answered our calls, and ended up wasting all our time. Henry, the manager said he'd call me back, but never did. Esenia, the loan office delayed everything till last minute which caused the deal to fall apart. I feel bad for the buyer because he lost his earnest money. Don't do business with this bank unless you want unprofessional and bad service.

I'm so thankful for Liberty bank! Let me explain. First I made up my mind that I wanted to purchase a house after years of renting. I first had to work on repairing my credit. While thinking that my credit was not quite good enough I found a add for Liberty Bank on Craigslist. Reluctantly I called and after much research by me and my realtor we decided to give them a try. Jody Haworth was instrumental in helping us and reassuring us that we were on the right track Liberty Bank pre-approved my at $335000! and we closed on our new home a short time later. The process wasn't easy, but it was worth it. Since that time I have recommended Liberty Bank to my sister, and friends. We worked with Liberty Bank as 'first time homebuyers'. Buying a home is stressful in itself, but doing it from 1000 miles away can test ones sanity. Our loan officer was new and it would have been easier if he would have had better guidance. Although I believe there was lack of training and support, our loan officer did his best. I was able to reach him with questions and concerns and he always got back to me right away. I could see how much he had grown during the process. We closed on time and are living happily ever after in our amazing home.
