I needed a checking account and FinWise was convenient to my place of employment so I thought, why not? The “pre-screened offer” is a joke. My credit has not changed in over a year. Not the balances not a thing except for the better and here comes along a “prescreened offer”. More like “hey let me get all your info so I can sell it to calling lists.” This company is a joke and even has fictitious website that gives it 5 stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! They do not have a loan for you and will sell all your info to other places who will do the same dance.

Although I've been with this bank for nearly a year, and 99% of my experience was positive, recent occurrences have warranted a one-star rating. I happened--by accident--to discover massive levels of fraudulent transactions in my account. After bringing the criminal activities to their attention, and asking some really basic questions about how this could have been going on for several weeks without their having a good fraud-detection system in place (I was never contacted proactively---once), they have chosen to close my accounts instead of answering my logical and customer-oriented concerns. STAY FAR AWAY. They care more about protecting their antiquated systems instead of valuing my business. Very sad.
