Worst tyranny imaginable. I've spent a small fortune building a subdivision in Utah County and need a loan for improvements. Bryce Packard at Central Bank says his bank will only lend money if they can lien all of my parcels. I'm taking my business to UCCU instead who lends 50-65% of the appraised value of parcels so I only need to lien one parcel, or as many as necessary for a larger loan. I wonder how many developers Central Bank foreclosed on in the very worst way.

I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and what has it brought me? Slow customer service. Susan can be extremely rude over the phone. One thing I don't understand about this bank is their slow online banking. Lets say you have both a savings account (I wouldn't bother their rates are horrid) and a checking account. One day you want to go shopping and you need to transfer money from your savings to checking and you use their online banking. Well good luck. if you intend to spend that money it wont show up in your checking for an unknown amount of time. You may or may not get an overdraft fee and or your card may or may not get denied at the store. Now if you were to go into the bank the teller would move the money and it would show up in the right account at the right time. But why their online banking system can't do the same thing is beyond me.
