My kids and I love going in on Fridays because they have the biggest, yummiest, free cookies. Yes—completely FREE!!! Central Bank is our other family, it is our forever bank. My aunt started it for me I have transferred it as I moved and each branch has always been so friendly everyone knows you and greet you and treat you like they have always known you. I also love the fact that they are really fast at catching fraudulent charges on my account and they are quick to get in contact with you if they feel like a transaction appears to be suspicious. I recently had a problem in which my financial information was compromised. I had to close and reopen my checking and savings account with Central Bank. I was very upset the day I was in the bank and Whitney was very attentive to my needs. Everyone at the bank pitched in to help me, from bringing me some water to monitoring my account. I have had accounts here for about 5 years. It is an excellent bank that takes care of its customers. I was impressed by its ability to deal with international use. CB handled international transactions better than Wells Fargo. CB is a great bank that feels small and local, but can compete against all the big names and win easily.

In recent examples, they have stayed late for me as I needed a very important document signed, and time was crucial.
