I love this bank! I am known by name and always greeted with a smile. Not only do I bank with them personally but they are also our bank for our business. Central Bank is by far the best bank around. There is something to be said when your kids grow up, get married and keep their accounts right where they are. Kelly, Rick and Doug are amazing, always there to help when needed.

Absolutely love the small home town feel with all of the services that may be attributed to “large chains” without all of the out of state decisions, and certainly no constant harassment to “sell” you unnecessary services. They will recommend what is best for you and your business then it’s up to you. And unlike WF they don’t open accounts in your name without your knowledge, charging fees.

Love this bank, been going here for years. Always excellent customer service inside and in the drive up. This guy Ryan is my favorite after he helped me when my card got blocked while I was out of the country. I only had that one card with me and I called the branch freaking out. Honestly, I was probably kind of rude. Ryan stayed so cool and professional, he calmed me down and helped me get the card sorted out right away. I've worked in customer service and if I called me sounding that mad, I probably wouldn't have been that nice. It's great when you can tell the employees understand where you're coming from.

Horrible customer service through the drive thru window. You need to have someone nicer and more helpful at the teller window. She's messed up two of our deposits to this date, she will sit there while the canister has been there and on top of that it seems like she purposefully takes forever to complete the transactions (there will not no one in the drive thru and she'll just be sitting there, I'm averaging about 7 minutes at the drive thru). It's getting ridiculous. Today she sends me back a deposit slip with the total on it and then tells me to fill the rest out and she already had done the deposit because our slip was completed. Well she had all the info to complete the transaction in the first place. Not all your tellers are bad but this one is making it very hard to want to do business with you. I'm tired of the constant game playing with your one teller. I want to be in and out and everyone else is polite and quick. I am dreading going to the bank because of her and I have never had problems with anyone else. I'm considering going inside just to avoid her. And if she's like that with me I can't imagine how many others are frustrated. A little customer service goes a LONG way.
