I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Worst bank EVER. They have lost my deposit and all I get is "I don't know" answers. They take forever for Even debit transactions to post. Some dont even show for almost a week. The employees don't show any confidence or any knowledge of their own systems. Horrible bank.

They are always helpful and professional. Additionally, they go out of their way to remember our names. I'm not sure what happened with the other two reviewers who gave 1 star, but this bank has never lost any of my deposits. They recognize me and my wife when we come in and will work with us without asking for an ID (except when they get a new teller that doesn't recognize us, yet). They treat us as they would their friends. A few other items, they have always given our deposits priority over our same day debits, saving us overdraft fees a few times. They pay more interest and charge both fewer and lower fees than any of the larger banks or even other small banks and credit unions in Utah. We've banked here for four years and have always had great service at every branch, but most especially at the Spanish Fork branch.

Very unhelpful and won't let me work on company account even though I am an owner and have all the right documents. Other branches are more than willing to help. Not very well educated at this branch.

Bank of AF has great customer service. It's nice to use a bank that treats you as a person, not just a #. We like the small town friendliness. Out of the 40 years we've had our money in different banks, our experience with Bank of AF has been the best by far.
