This place is a rip off i opened a savings for a child, initial $25+$100 =$125 withdrew $40 leaves $85. Closed it out and wss only give $57.41 what's up with that?! Will never go back!

Drive thru service at WJ location is awful. You can be the only car in the lot, and it will still take up to 11 minutes for a quick transaction. Finally complained again (new staff...always changing). They flat out said it's faster to come in, they don't pay that much attention to the drive thru.

Worst Credit Union in history!!! They are never able to answer their phone, you wait on hold listening to garbage music for 21 minutes only for them to hang up on you when you are next call for them to pick up. Mountain America Credit Union is so much better!! They have my other accounts and they have never treated me this horrible.

The tellers at this branch are rude, condescending, and argumentative. They behave this way every time I speak to them. I'm going to edit this review to include the rest of their names when I go in next (one of them is Jarren). I'll also include the name of their wonderful manager who has always been great to work with. Clearly the lower level employees need to be reminded that they're still in a customer service position and their attitudes are completely unnecessary. One even hung up on me today after only a few words exchanged because I couldn't remember my account number, which they don't need because they can look up your account with your other account information. Completely disrespectful!
