Unhelpful. One cashier seemed indifferent and the other was just rude. I didn't waste much time dealing them, afterall, there are better banks.

Great service, but bad staffing in this case. Don't get me wrong, everyone was friendly, but they were understaffed at lunch today. I dropped off my deposits with the manager, who apologized profusely for the delays. I returned for them in a few hours, and he promptly handed me a receipt as I walked in the door. Thank you for the quality service. You can tell when someone gives a crud. I hope that corporate realizes that people who do things like that are more valuable to their bottom line than just about anything else. You can't have a bank without trust.

Terrible experience. Metal detectors and doors that have to be allowed to open by the rude woman behind the counter. The best part is they make you wait before leaving and laugh at you before they press the button to unlock the door. Good stuff guys. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! Go to Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union for a community oriented, treat you like a human, banking experience.

Great bank, but bad location. Hassle to get in and out (security buzz in and out). Usually staff is helpful, but I've had two bad experiences. Drive through window lane risky, sharp pull in pull out to avoid curb. People hit the curb all the time.
