Horrible customer service, high fees, low interest for customers. They actually gave our mother in Illinois one of our checks for $1K,....and then told us WE would have to approach her and wrangle the money out of her!!! Incredibly anti-customer.....

They could not cash my check it was to large and they would locate another branch that would carry the amount I needed. I tried to call the individual branches but could not get through to them so I guess I will drive around all day long until i get the right us bank. Glad I bank elsewhere I'd never bank here.
