The staff have always been wonderful to me, happy to help with a smile. I love that, at most times of the day, I can just walk in and, without having to wait long, am able to sit down with a personal banker to discuss all my finance and investment options. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Although I now do most of my bankig through their app, I always have a good experience whenever I have to actually go into the branch.

I have been a member for over 20 yrs, and I feel like apart of the family, love the staff, their helpfull , professional and I will say it... sometimes funny!!!! If I ever had a problem they didn't let me leave without handling it first!!! No I never had a loan so that's something I can't speak on .

So I went to this location right before they were closing at 5pm (4:55pm) was when I arrived. I called just to be sure that i would still receive help once I got there. I was informed that as long as the doors wasn’t locked when I got there, they would be able to assist me. I arrived and was greeted immediately, along with the time that it was. Sarcastically, I said “Good thing I came before closing!” The assistant manager, Megan called my name and we walked to her office. She proceeded to inform me of the time as well. In conclusion, bad first experience and no longer want to open an account there. Too many young people who’s just seeking a paycheck but don’t actually enjoy their job.

About their policy on loans: I agree. More agreeable than other banks. They'll work with you . I've banked with Telhio, Chase, Huntington, First Merit and few others. Hands down Kemba is the most consumer-friendly .

Kemba is too sales-oriented. When I was a member, I was asked to complete an "anonymous" online survey. In the survey I mentioned something about mortgages. The next day, a manager called my personal cell phone! I didn't even know they had my number - never in my life has a banking institution called me. She was trying to set up a meeting to sell me on their mortgage products. Apparently the survey wasn't confidential! I closed my accounts a short time later. I'm not going to do business with a place that markets so aggressively.

I've been with Kemba for close to 4 years now and I am confident with saying that I will never use a traditional bank again. Kemba has been amazing to us on ever level. We have had 2 separate credit cards and 2 separate car loans through them. They have helped my wife and I so much with our credit and approved us when no one else would. When it comes time for a house, we will use them for sure.

Kemba Financial Credit Union is fine for many things but has one large and other smaller downsides if you choose to bank with them. The largest issue I've had is that unlike other banks I've used (like Huntington) they charge you to transfer money between accounts when one overdraws. Huntington transfers money automatically from your savings if you overdraw on your checking and doesn't charge you. Kemba charges a fee. Unless you have substantial amounts of money, this fee more than cancels out any additional interest you would make by having money in a Kemba account versus other traditional banks. Customer service is slow and less helpful than larger banks. This is to be expected from a credit union. However, credit unions are supposed to be better for you and your money. This one is not.

i will advice you to bank with this banking peoples, good customer service and you dont have to wait in the line for more than 2 minutes. Good part is they can approve you for any loan you want, go kemba.

I have been a member for about 7 months and am never disappointed with the service they provide. Needed a new car on very short notice and the branch manager was so prompt and attentive with getting paperwork ready to get the car in less than a day! The savings accounts they offer, as well as the credit cards are great to save money without even having to think about it. Small credit union feel with speed and convenience of a big bank. I recommend!

Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else. Terrible customer service call center, they don't even have direct phone numbers to their branches if that tells you anything. Since you can't get anything accomplished on the phone, your visit to the branch will be as equally awful and inconvenient!
