I am constantly in awe at the customer service Vison provides me. I have used them for personal, business and estate accounts - all serviced with the best of the best. The moment you walk through the door, you realize you are in a bank that prioritizes their clients. The community events they hold are always great too. I am not a huge customer or the richest guy in town - but the way I am treated, you'd think I had $10 in their vault! Their mobile app is great, when a department store allowed their security to be breached and my cards all needed to be reset and replaced - Vision handled it all. Quickly, securely and discreetly. Great local bank that can be easily used from anywhere in the world! I currently live in Flagstaff, AZ and refuse to switch to a bank here because I love how Vision Bank feels more like a family, while still being easy to use remotely - online/mobile banking and an app to show ATMs in the area. I've been banking here for the last 8 years. I believe they have excellent customer service and a wonderful IT department. They are always pleasant and they have a dog that walks around their bank. I mean, what's cooler than that? Unless you're allergic to dogs. Even so, you could just use the drive up teller instead, or pre-treat with an OTC allergy medication before your visit. They also usually wear costumes for Halloween, which are generally quite creative. They strive for the best performance and service to their customers. They are real go-getters. Wouldn't bank anywhere else in the FM area.
