This is probably the best FI I have used. Responses to online messages are quick, phone support has short hold times. They offer great products such as PopMoney and the ability to do ACH transfers to anyone through BillPay. I've never experienced a rude customer service representative when entering a branch. The only thing they could improve is the drive-up hours in Duluth.

Did a fb fundraiser for a family who lost their home and well everything in a fire, the money got deposited into the wrong account and because the account (that didn’t belong to this family or me) was negative the bank will NOT return the money, Brad was very rude and unprofessional
