It's almost astounding how inconvenient this "bank" is when you consider the fact that this PNB is located in AMERICA rather than the Philippines. The Philippines itself is plagued by lack of branch locations where some provinces are so far from the bank that you need to travel many hours to get to a branch and then hope that you have everything you need - or that the personell you need to see are available so you don't waste a trip. But this branch takes things to a new level with some of the worst hours of operation I've seen in a while. And I'm not saying that to "attack" the PNB...I'm saying that in hopes they'll improve service. #1 THIS BRANCH is the ONLY branch in Queens and it's located in a very congested area. Another branch needs to be opened elswhere in Queens. #2 This branch closes every day by 3 and only opens on Satuday till 1PM. If they offered at least ONE DAY service till 5 or 6, things would be slightly better. Most americans work till 3 or 4. Getting there in heavy traffic is a nightmare. #3 I had my girlfriend open a PNB account (in Philippines) so she could get the DEBIT CARD. I assumed that if she had the account I'd be able to easily deposit money into it, but they still charge a remittance charge. It's easier to send her money via Western Union. #4 I HAVE NEVER seen a Bank that has Debit Card services without an ATM. Why is there no ATM for quick Deposits and Withdrawls??????? PLEASE open another branch in Queens. PLEASE give us an extra hour. Most banks stay open till 5 or 6. PLEASE give us an ATM.

My husband is so mad to this bank he come from Long Island to deposit it, the bank will close 1 pm but he arrives 8 minutes before 1pm and the security guard didn’t let him enter, my husband is very upset,not a good experience at all!

requested my bank statement for 2018. Send them everything they needed including the check. It took them over 1 month to send it to me. To be honest, they would have forgotten about me if I didn't keep calling and harassing them. Very unprofessional as well. They don't know how to answer phones and they are always horse playing in the background every time I call. - Thinking of switching to BDO.
