Fantastic when you're opening an account, but don't expect friendly service ever after. And forget about granting power of attorney so someone else can withdraw money for you. They'll lie and tell you to wait till the person is dead, because apparently they're a special bank and do not accept Durable Power Of Attorney forms. I'm complaining to the regulators, believe me.

Royal Business Bank management would not honor First American International policies on an account started before the merger. Waited until the last minute to alert the customer. Would not recommend doing business with them.

The new staff here are awful! I recently visited the bank to ask why my direct deposits were not going through. The lady told me that the account numbers have changed due to the merge. I told her that I needed the new account number details for my employer, and she only write down my account number for me on a Post-It note. Even after understanding my situation, she did not know what the correct procedure was! Today, I went to the First American International Bank in Flushing, and I told them everything I told the lady at the Chinatown location. The staff at the Flushing location knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. I got the official stamped letter stating my new account information.
